This is a small store that carries unique items. If you want a great customer service experience, this is he place. You will be greeted at the door and helped with every step of your shopping.

This is the only place that has been kind and welcoming to my pitbull and I. We live in a pretty snotty town and people are very judgmental towards my dog and I but I never felt that way here! They didn’t hesitate to pet him and ask me about him, and even when his tail knocked over a display they just giggled and pet him some more.
I always find what I need in here and usually on sale.

Drastically higher prices then anywhere else, continually reducing products in catagories, And reducing hours… This store will go out of business within a year.

Horrible Customer Service in this shop! I walked in on a Wednesday around 2pm. I was the only person in the store, yet the two workers didn’t even say Hi or acknowledge my being in the store. They were gossiping about how much they hate working and droning on. I was in the store for 45 minutes looking around, not a single nod or «can I help you» from either. Neither of them even looked up or said «Bye» as I walked out of the store. I went across the street to «Kriser’s» instead and was met by 2 extremely helpful workers. I will never shop Unleashed AGAIN! HORRIBLE!!!

This location is convenient and staffed by friendly pet-lovers. They have exactly what I’m looking for every time I visit. Super cute pet clothes, a great selection of treats and food, as well as crates, gates, leashes, etc. I’ll be a regular here, fo sho.
