Was on vacation with two other friends and the light came on my car our first full day in Highlands. Called and they told me they could check it for me. Took it on our way to Cashiers for lunch and an afternoon of shopping and they fixed the issue in 15 minutes or less! Very nice and courteous! Would recommend them highly and especially if you are on a ladies trip and have a car issue!

This morning the «low coolant» light came on in my car. Here in the Highlands for vacation. Called Highlands Automotive Service and Repair and Russell told me to come over. Took care of the problem right away. Super people. Highly recommend.

Very good service at a reasonable price. My vehicle began misfiring on a Sunday while traveling to the Highlands area for vacation. The car needed repair prior to the 750 mile return trip home. I called Highlands Automotive on Monday and the car was fixed by Tuesday afternoon. Both Mandy and Russell kept me informed as to scope of work and cost. It certainly has made the balance of my vacation more enjoyable knowing my car problem has been corrected and trip home should be uneventful. I now am now able to enjoy Highlands and it’s beautiful weather with my family.

Once again we were in Highlands and needed service on our car. After our last visit for a tire repair, and with the fast and friendly service we received, we were comfortable taking our car there for repairs. They immediately solved the problem. I highly recommend this business.

I came to the mountains and realized I badly needed an oil change, not to mention a mysterious noise every time I started my car… I heard from some locals to take it to these guys. They were great – super friendly, smart and did an excellent job. They’re the most reliable guys around, and the prices were totally reasonable. Service was quick, too. Best in the area by far.
