The part I live in isn’t great. There are noisy neighbors and the grounds is littered with trash.
The apt. themselves are nice, with lots of storage space & updated kitchen appliances.
One issue I have is mildew around the windows and in the bathroom.

They are in the process of modernizing the exterior of the apartments and they’re looking nicer.
