The wings were tasty But when I opened the package I saw these miniature wings I thought there was a mistake. The smallest wings I ever saw. Must be from that movie«Honey I Shrunk the Chicken». Can’t be from a real chicken. Should double the number per order if that small… was ridiculous for $$

Five stars for the buffalo wings! Fried chicken is juicy, tender and tasty! I don’t know about the rest of the menu but wings are the best!

Good local place. Excellent chicken and tuna salad. Great fried chicken. It’s a whole in the wall and it works. I wish they had better wings for a chicken place.

Come here for the ribs. They’re delicious. The bbq sauce is a perfect blend of tang and spice, the ribs are nice, they’re large and meaty — not too fatty, although you will of course get some fat in there. They’re ribs, after all! I just tried the buffalo wings which are yummy too. The classic buffalo sauce is sufficiently spicy, even for someone who loves spicy food(I tend to have to split the difference, as my husband has a more sensitive palate). The rotisserie chicken is decent, but not my favorite. The potato skins are also delish. Crisped up, covered with melted chedder and of course, bacon — ya can’t go wrong there. Anthony’s is always a solid choice for your rib and tater craving.

Great atmosphere, friendly personnel who are very helpful if it’s your first time trying to figure out what all of the menu items are. Everything is fresh, tasty, and healthy — best place in the area! wings are awesome

I ordered the half a rotisserie chicken for $ 7…what can I say the chicken was DRY, WAYOVERCOOKED, NOFLAVOR, SIMPLYBLAND. You are better off going into shoprite or any local super market paying half of what I paid get double the food that is fresh. This place also does not know the idea of customer service, after I called them and told them the chicken was dry to the point I could not swallow he said they give me «credit towards a future order» rather than offering another dish or simply my money back. He also said«that’s how people here like their chicken… well done’. I was under the impression that chicken is either raw, cooked, or over cooked. This place probably doesn’t even know how to roast a marshmallow let alone a chicken. Its a same because this isn’t my first time ordering from them but it definitely is the last. The food was 2 stars but due to the customer service 1 star.

The wings are the smallest wings I have seen in my life. They look like from a quail and are at most 2″ long. I have to say they were tasty, but 14 wings is so much work for barely any meat. The other dishes we ordered were all tasty. Overall was good but a bit pricey for what we got.

I was looking for something healthy to eat. I checked out this place’s website. Its menu said«Big Salads,» so I decided to give it a shot. The salad was a healthy portion for $ 10. Although the chicken was cut up small, there was enough of it even at the end of eating.(I hate it when places skim on the meat, and you are left with all lettuce at the end.) It wasn’t too bad. Sadly, they don’t have a good selection of low-fat or fat-free dressings to put on the salad, so I had to use my own.

Their fried chicken is pretty good. The macaroni, potato & coleslaw salads are terrible! You get store bought dinner rolls which just aren’t good. It is too pricey for fried chicken but it’s better than KFC.

I have eaten at Anthony’s several times since my original review. The service and delivery is always pleasant. But the food is always just alright. I haven’t really gotten anything that was better than mediocre. And it is getting to the point where I’ve tried just about everything on the menu. I believe the best thing for your tastebuds is the fried chicken dinner(not the chicken fingers). Unfortunately, it’s pretty far from being the best thing for your health. So I plan on cooling my ordering down some, because unfortunately they don’t seem to have too much of a healthy alternative. And I’m kind of leary about ordering a salad from the neighborhood fried chicken joint.

Unbelievably good wings. The buffalo sauce is on the sour and spicy side rather than just straight up spicy. Out of all the buffalo wings I’ve tried in New Jersey, this places comes closest to the buffalo wings from Anchor Bar/Duff’s in Buffalo, NY. The wings taste good even cold. Besides their wings they also make a delicious chicken pot pie. Flaky crust, creamy sauce, full of chicken and vegetables. This place was a childhood staple when I was still around the area.

Best wings anywhere. But a little on the expensive side given the Formica atmosphere.

We ordered the worst chicken sandwich in the history of the world here. No toppings, tough grilled chicken and soggy fries. Terrible. On the plus side, the bathroom was clean.

Went here for lunch around 12:00 and the place was pretty empty. The décor was typical and bland, but there is plenty of seating. I got the cheese steak and my cousin got the wings(both mild and extra-hot). The cheesteak was bland and pretty typical for a place like this. Did not expect much more. The mild wings on the other hand were pretty good, they had a nice crunch and the sauce was tangy and slightly hot. And then there was the EXTRA-HOTWINGS… I could not even take a bite out of them because after licking the sauce my mouth, lips, and surrounding skin felt like they were bitten by FIREANTS! These wings are as hot as Mila Kunis, and I would stay away from them unless you really like EXTRA-HOT(they mean it). This place was pretty pricey with the cheese steak costing around$ 8.50 and the wings were also fairly expensive. Don’t forget to CHECK-IN on Unilocal to get $ 5 off you purchase of $ 30 or more.

Unfortunately, you’re wrong! Considering the fact that I don’t drink, you couldn’t be any more wrong. Second, I walked in because he did not use the bathroom. Third, I would be happy to have your illegal employees vouch for the turnover and horrible management. Shall I continue? Or should I just have the department of health contacted? I’ll be glad to reach out to the mayor’s personal office to make sure this is looked into. Thanks Jennifer PS.How can it be that they have been with you for 10 yrs if this place was for sale just about 7 years ago when I was approached as well to buy this run down hole?

I tried this restaurant because I had a Groupon and I guess I should have ordered the wings, which people rave about, because everything else was sub par. Basically it’s a from the freezer to the fryer establishment. The buffalo Chicken sandwich as bland and oh my I could barely find the once frozen chicken patty under the lettuce, which was fresh. McDonald’s $ 1.00 spicy chicken was better. The cheese burger ordered medium was small, dry and flavorless. The regular fries tasted stale but the sweet potato fries although no fresh cut were OK.

The best wings I’ve ever eaten. My friend ate at the Anchor Bar in Buffalo NY where buffalo wings were originated, he said Anthonys’ wings are much better. Everything I’ve eaten here is delicious. I love the fried veggies and macaroni salad. The owner and employees are very nice guys.

I went to high school around here and have eaten more Anthony’s than I’d care to admit. It only gets 4 stars because it is a bit on the pricy side, but who am I to argue. I am a guy who loves buffalo anything, and this place delivers in spades. The buffalo chicken fingers are better than I have ever had anywhere else on the planet, and if I was to be put down tommorrow, they would be my last meal. I cannot say enough about them. This review is more about them than the actual restaurant. The perfect size and crispiness of the fingers is the definition of perfection. The way the grease and hot sauce coat the fries and potato roll, which you then dip into the blue cheese dressing is a close second. I’m getting hungry even thinking about it…

If you want to clog your arteries and render yourself a lethargic glutton, then make sure you order the crazy Phat Frank’s Burger. It’s basically a double cheeseburger(cooked to your request) smothered in chili. Add to this a generous heap of cajun fries and you’re all set to go on your adventure(or lack thereof). After consuming such a heavy helping of food, I’m sure you’ll be able to check off one of the items on your todo list of deadly sins. It’s now nearly 6 hours after consumption and I’m finally able to come to my senses to write a review.
