We hired Mr. Marshall to install recessed lights, two hanging pendants and a new circuit in our kitchen. He did it faster and for less than what we would have paid a non-​local contractor obtained through Home Depot. I particularly appreciated his knowledge of where to install the lights. My plan was three in two straight rows; he suggested locating them where the light was needed. Installed, it made perfect sense. He and his workers know the construction of East Windsor-​area houses and where they are likely to find the best channels to run wires. He also knows the local permit process and the inspectors respect him.
