I found them on Craigslist and thought they were nice people. In fact they were nice. Asked me to send the pictures in advance to see how it needed to be mounted. Seemed very professional. However, they took 3.5 hours to mount my TV and conceal wires. They blamed it on the mount saying it was the problem with the mount. Didn’t make any sense as I had ordered one of the best/most popular TV mounts on Amazon. Finally they manged to install it and its still Tilted ever since then. They also broke 2 of my HDMI cables and blamed it on the quality of the cables, C’mon! Fortunately I had spare cables. I got a feeling that they had not mounted many (or any) TVs before. I should have got my references. Note to Self.
I would not recommend them for TV mounting/wire concealing at all, although in general them seemed nice people.
