Great service! We wanted a pellet stove and knew the one we wanted based on the recommendation of a friend. We called and were given the pricing information over the phone.
They came out within a couple if days to check out the room it was to go in and we had it a week later. There was no pressure to buy and no upselling. They were very transparent with the costs involved. Their install price was very fair and they had a nice selection of hearths.
The install team was great and they really did a great job not only on the install but the inservice for our new stove.
I bought 1 ton of pellets and the price was very competitive and the delivery guys were nice enough to put them in the garage for me (I had only expected them to be left in the driveway).
I wouldn’t look anywhere else. The experience was great from start to finish.

Fantastic service from the sales staff straight through to the installers. Top quality info on the equipment options and any rebates that were available. Great service and support. Direct, and no hard sell. Highly recommended! My home has never been so comfortable.
