After being a customer of supplies for years, I have now become a full fledged customer having purchased a new hot tub in the summer of 2012 from Allseasons. As my original hot tub turned 10 years old it was time to replace it. All Seasons carries two of the premier brands in the hot tub world, Jacuzzi and Sundance. Not sure which brand or even what style is for you? They have one of the best testing facilities in the nation for hot tubs. Prospective customers can just show up and try out almost any tub they sell (with notice) in their beautifully set up test room which is very private and has a large changing room. One evening we tested two tubs we were interested in and then 2 more out on their sales floor. After testing 5 tubs, we saw one that we thought was one we wanted, but it was dry. The salesman offered to move it into the testing room and fill it up for us. A week later we went back and tested a Sundance Majesta. We fell in love and decided it was the one for us. After checking out a few other brands around town, we made an offer on the Majesta and it was accepted. That tub has now been in our back yard for 2 months and we love it. Its a little smaller than our previous tub, but that was by choice. It is definitely superior in design and function to what we previously owned.

Inherited a spa purchased from All Seasons in a home purchase. It hadn’t been winterized and I guessed it was doomed. Mike from All Seasons coached me over the phone to get it up and running. No small task on either of our parts. That is customer service at its best!
