It makes me sad that no one reviews this place! It really is great. I was referred to Drayer after continuous pain caused by plantar fasciitis. I was skeptical at first because I didn’t understand what physical therapy would do for my heel pain. The first thing I have to comment on is how obvious it is that they care about their patients. My physical therapist was Kevin and I could tell right away that he was actually trying to not only get to know what my problem was, but also get to know me. He referred back to things I had written down on my paper work without asking me the same question I answered. I almost always wonder why I have to fill out that paper work when the person I’m meeting barely glances at it. To me, that meant a lot. Although my appointments were at 7am I started to look forward to my appointments. While I started to feel at home there, forming friendships I spent three days a week with. It’s important to note, that although the staff is seriously fun to be around-that are also extremely professional. Just when I would think Kevin wasn’t paying attention-he’d be right in front of me correcting a stretch of exercise I was doing. Even while he was helping 2 other patients I would see him taking time to make sure everything I did was correct so it could really help me. Every patient that came in greeted the staff warmly, and vice versa. It truly is like a family in there. It’s so sad that it is hard to find places like this where everyone genuinely cares about making you better. After a few weeks I noticed that the therapy truly was working and I’m so thankful I was able to be treated the environment I did. I’ve officially been discharged, and I’ll admit that I’ll miss giving them a hard time. They offer a program for $ 30 a month where they offer previous patients the opportunity to come in and use their equipment and ask them for advice. I just might have to get into that! I am lucky that my visits were the result of something less major-but I could tell everyone else really trusted these guys as well by listening in on conversations. If you’re looking for PT in the Hilliard Area-definitely check them out!

Excellent, impressive. This was the 3rd physical therapy place I’ve used 20 years and the best for my back injury. Very knowledgeable, staff and well equiped area. Kevin, Michelle and their assistants challenged me in a respectful, positive way. They worked with my current fitness program to incorporate more effective core strengthening and gave me help in developing an doable home program to continue to benefits. I went from unable to do any of my favorite workouts to feeling like any of my fitness goals are possible again.

Only physical therapy place I’ve ever been to, thankfully, so maybe they’re all this good. Still, I’m impressed. The building is nice, with many windows and a variety of exercise/therapy equipment. The staff is great. Helpful, professional, funny. Going there kinda feels like hanging out with friends– friends who know how to help you get better.
