Love this bootcamp. Every day is a challenge. The trainer is awesome and knows what he is talking about. He pushes you to your body’s limits. The workouts are different every day. I definitely recommend you try this if you are looking for a personal challenge. I believe that first workout is free. The hours are nice 5a, 6a, 9a and 4:30p, 5:30p, 6:30p M-Thurs. Friday are mornings only. Saturday is 8a, 9a I do this bootcamp M-Thurs, and sometimes Saturdays.
