Rates are falsely advertised! I started paying $ 117/mth for my 10×15, a rate advertised as a special online, then TWO MONTHS later they raised it to $ 129 to «stay competitive». Now a year later they raised again to $ 148! The new manager at this location is nice but the company as a whole are money-grubbing liars that like to lure you in then stick it to you

The location is very convenient for people in the Hilliard/Dublin area. Their prices are very competitive; and in some instances, they are cheaper than others.
Facility is very clean, and they have a very effective security system.
There is a manager that lives on site. Christine is very accommodating, and has an outstanding personality.
