This is a great store. Their delivery service is «super fast» quick and seamless. I have also ordered through the drive– thru. I have ordered for myself, family, friends and they always do a great job– the sandwiches are always fresh and delicious! Great addition to Hilliard!

I can overlook mistakes, Especially with fast food places. However, having already overlooked one bad dining experience and having another, here I am. I ordered through the drive thru and had to order twice at that. I ordered the skinny subs because my children are picky and don’t like mayo and tomato etc. I wanted to add bacon so they recommended I order a different kind of sub to which I said«fine just leave off the veg and mayo». I said this twice. He even said it back to me. I pull up to the window immediately(no line and no one inside) and he asks me how many subs and chips I have. I tell him. He looks confused and asks me AGAIN for my order. I pay, I wait and get bags, I leave. I should have checked the bags but I had a screaming infant in the car so I went home. So I get home… all but 1 sub was screwed up. So I call to speak to the manager. I told him the situation and made the comment that I felt that I wasted nearly $ 30 on a meal we can’t eat. He gets super shitty and says, «ohhh really?! Every single thing was wrong?!» So I put on my sarcasm hat and give him back his same ‘tude…“no, I’m exaggerating… the chips were right.” He huffs and takes my order and adds up my subs that were wrong and offers me a credit, which is why they got a star at all. It’s sandwiches, not a cure or the meaning of life, so generally I find these things pretty trivial and not worth getting upset over. But if you are paid to be a manager representing a company and wasting my time and money and then choosing to be an a$$ on top of it when it’s not my fault, well it’s worth a review. Happy holidays dude.

I’m here a few times a week and I’ve never had a problem. I normally get a number 8 with extra mayo and they make it correctly every time. I’ve also used the drive thur and everything has always seemed to work.

I love their subs. Whenever I call the staff are friendly and courteous. They are also courteous when they deliver.

My family and I placed our order, my wife tried to pay with her credit card but the transaction failed to go through after several attempts. I then paid cash for the meal. Couple weeks later we notice a charge for the order on our bank statement, since we couldn’t find the receipt they wouldn’t refund our money or give us the amount in gift cards or in store credit. We called the Corporate office to no avail. Do Not patronize this location.

The food is still very good and I have no complaints about that. I still love the convenient location and the drive-thru option. I am still not in their delivery area and am still only 2 miles away. It would be nice if this changed. I have never walked inside, so my experiences are strictly with the drive-thru. What is going on with management not training these kids well and/or hiring kids with no common sense? One time, at band camp, the fountain pop was out of order, so I was offered canned pop. OK. I had to ask for a cup. And ice. He filled the large cup ¼ full of ice. Then he looked at the cup, and looked at the can. Then he put the can in my cup. Hey buddy, rats run across these cans in the warehouse. Sigh. On my last visit, the guy(a different guy) was leaning on the drive thru counter playing on his cell phone when I pulled up. Wha? Nevertheless, I will continue to patronize this location until something bad happens, or the food doesn’t make the cut.

Wow. and I thought the Submarine House had poor quality food! First off, this location only has rear and side parking so the only sensible entrance is through the rear door. I wonder who approved that site plan! Anyway, I ordered online and upon entering the store to pick up our food, I was told I owed an additional .50 cents… huh? Having paid online, this seemed a bit odd. The guy ringing me up stated this happens all the time with online orders… strike one! Took the order home and proceeded to unwrap my spouse’s SUB, but alas it was a sub disguised as a sandwich due to her ordering the 7 grain bread… strike 2! Mine was a ham and turkey concoction with cheese and mayo which wasn’t ordered. The meat appeared to be fresh but was the presliced cheap stuff that groceries sell… strike three! I didn’t even eat the sandwich and should have returned the whole mess. Be advised these are cold subs. I don’t believe there is a heating option. All in all, I’ll stick to Jersey Mikes and the Broad st. Grinders.

My first rodeo. I’m a Jersey Mike’s guy. Still am. The sandwiches here are fine and the price is right though I didn’t care for the flavor profile. But the real problem is that I’d ordered sandwiches without mayo and the tomatoes came in to contact with mayo at some point. That’s a deal-breaker. The place was friendly but needed a banner out front saying«We’re Open.» With being new and dark windows and a real estate sign out front advertising the adjacent place available — They looked closed. A friendly employee told me «The owners are still getting it together. » Well, no time like the present.

Loud. I mean REALLY freakin’ loud. That’s the first thing I noticed when I walked in the door of this particular Jimmy John’s. Even the employees were yelling at each other over the noisy music. I ‘spose it doesn’t help that it’s hard surfaces throughout the restaurant which causes an echo effect. Okay, now onto my sandwich. Being this was my first visit ever to a Jimmy John’s restaurant, I wasn’t sure what to expect. I played it safe and went with their Gourmet Smoked Ham Club, and I gotta say I wasn’t very impressed. I do like simple sandwiches, but this was a little too simple. It’s almost like there was too much bread masking the flavor of the ham. In a nutshell, It was just okay — nothing special, sorta milquetoast. An upside to this particular restaurant is the outdoor patio, where you can sit and listen to the traffic on Main St Hilliard. This is still significantly quieter than eating inside. There are definitely better places to go in the Columbus area if you want a nice sub. A couple of my favorites that I’ve tried so far are DiBella’s and Jersey Mike’s. Both are exceptional compared to what Jimmy John’s has on offer.
