Driving from Hilliard Florida to Jacksonville I got a flat tire and pulled over to the side of the road by Ken’s automotive. Being that it was Saturday, Ken’s was closed and there was no one around so I pulled into the parking lot to change the tire. With 100° sweltering heat, I was about to get to work when two of the employees pulled in to drop some stuff off at the shop. They pulled me into the garage, put a plug in my tire, and sent me on my way 10 minutes later. They gladly helped me out on their day off and for that I can’t thank them enough.
The next time I need some work done, Ken’s will get my business!
