It always seems when I get chicken here they don’t have the type or quantity I want and try to make me substitute another type or different piece like legs for thighs or breasts. It seems as if they are trying to sell what they have the most of at the time you order because they don’t want to cook more chicken. Oh yes you can get exactly what you want if you call ahead and make a «SPECIAL ORDER» but who wants to do that every time you want to eat chicken. It seems that no one here seems to know what the max quantity of the same piece of chicken you can get with out it being a special order I have been told 8−6−3 so I think they need additional training on this subject.
I will say the food is good here and that is the reason I will be back plus the staff is nice and friendly. I just wish I could go here and get exactly what I want instead of substitutes.

They are always out of grilled chicken or not enough to fill the order. So annoying. Usually I go through the drive thru. Many times I’ve just left because they have no grilled chicken to sell. Last week I went inside to eat lunch and they served the meal in an oversized box instead of a paper plate which was like eating out of a horse trough. Also, the napkins are kept behind the counter so if you need more than the two you’re given, you have to go back to the counter and ask the cashier for them. Really? Are the napkins that valuable?

It was tasty as KFC generally is, the place was clean, and the employees friendly. Plus, because there was a slight wait for one item we wanted they gave us a free side which was very nice – almost any other fast food place that has made me wait for something doesn’t do that, so A+ in that regard. If you’re a citizen of Columbus or just passing through as I was this is a quality KFC!

Quick, convenient service. My order here took less then two minutes from payment to the food in my hand. Does that mean fresh? Maybe not, but they are fast. i don’t come here for local fresh potatoes made to order. i come here for quick, fast food that taste like they do at 50 other places. The Potato wedges were still nice and hot when I got home. I only ordered wedges because I needed a side.
The place is clean and the workers are polite and friendly. Everyone liked them, so it is what it is.
