The inside of this McDonalds is pretty darn nice. Booths are very comfortable, and the inside décor looks clean and new. I know they have at least 1 outlet for you to plug your laptop in. It’s funny these places that offer free wifi but no electricity; it just doesn’t make much sense. Other than the fact that they don’t want you to stay very long. This McDs seems like the place that doesn’t mind.

I like this McDonalds. When they mess up they fix it. The staff is always accommodating. But this franchise as a whole could save a bundle in food loss if they would just get the food right the first time. Order inaccuracy is one thing — but when I buy a large fry it’s because I like the fries it should be full. The last two (one from Main St and one from Renner Rd) — were barely ½ full — and these were both in the last week and Drive thru orders — that makes it a real pain!

Fix the place up but the food is still stale, and the customer service is terrible! Not to mention they let anyone behind the counter to make iced coffee with every syrup available in a large cup so if you’re into random people back there around your food… this is the place to go.

Just a note. This place is still open even though for the last month it has looked close. They are renovating this place but the drive-​thru is still open. I stopped in for a guilty pleasure of a Shamrock Shake. I was looking forward to eat but I still don’t like their new Shakes (3 – 5 yrs new:(). The first sip is all artificial but the more your drink then the more the chemicals get into your system and you start to crave more. Sad but true.
This McDonalds is also a decent place as I worked beside it last summer and had no problem with their service or when the kids I supervised ran into their parking lot chasing balls. The staff was always pleasant.

Its McDonalds, right? We all know what to expect. But not so in this case. This McDonalds is horrible. We unfortunately were stuck eating here the other night between kids activities and I regret we didn’t have more options. They forgot part of our order, the staff was rude and the food we did get was lukewarm and miserable. I wrote them explaining my frustration and they didn’t even bother responding.
