Maintenance guys unlock and enter into houses as if they enter into their own house for maintenance requests. When I call leasing office on this, they are telling it is a normal practice that they have been following… DISGUSTING…no privacy n security for women or kids at home.

Me and my boyfriend moved in here a little over a month ago and we love it! Friendly neighbors, great office staff, and perfect location for us. We never have an issue with parking like we did at the last few apartment complexes we lived. I really like that it’s a gated community — makes me feel safe! I would recommend this complex to anyone looking to move into an apartment home.

This isnt a full review (Id have mostly nice things to say if it were) This is a minor warning. If you are moving into this place go look at a map of Columbus (city). There is a weird outstretched bit of the city border that juts into the middle of this apartment complex. It looks totally bizarre. Everything you see and hear from the area and staff will give you the impression you are going to be a Dublin resident. If your apartment is inside that border you will have to pay 3% a year extra from your salary for Columbus taxes. The person with the apartment across the street from you literally may be outside while you are inside. Very odd, and the staff «conveniently» is not aware of this. Be careful. if you really want an apartment inside and you have to pay 3% a year while the guy across the street doesnt you should print the map. Print this review and barter with them. I lived there 3 years, cost me a bunch extra.

Overall it was an alright apartment. Would have preferred to have much less litter as well as an option for recycling. Maintenance requests would answered mostly in a timely manner. Safe area but many dogs around complex without leashes on. Front desk staff has always been kind and responsive. Lived here for around 2 and ½ years. Definitely a family type complex and new touches to lobby and amenities are nice (not really necessary though).

Yes, you did read correctly. I have a one bedroom w/​an attached garage and I love it! The amenities have nice touches and it seems like a family oriented area. Definitely check it out! I left and then knew that I had to move back.
