Pink Daisy Cookies

If you love sugar cookies, then you’ll love Pink Daisy Cookies. Beth makes each batch by hand in her home kitchen and prepares them to your specifications. When I requested a batch of hanukkah cookies, she happily went out and found the perfect cookie cutters and learned how to decorate a dreidel. I’ve seen some of the other designs she’s made, I love the dinosaurs and rubber duckies!
Her cookies aren’t too soft and aren’t too hard, they are perfectly moist. The icing is a touch sweet, but it really complements the cookie. You can’t eat just one, trust me, you go back for thirds or fourths or you stop keeping count because it’s better that way.
I’ll definitely be ordering cookies again for my next event, or maybe I’ll just order some to nosh on…
