Went in to buy a cable modem instead of leasing one monthly from the cable company(piece of advice from me to you!) Was immediately greeted when I walked in but by whom I’m not sure. One of those Pavlov type of greetings-hear doors, say hello. Then I Pavloved back-hear a Staples hello, just return a hello a loud. Typical Staples at 2PM. Not a lot of customers or employees walking the floor. I found the router I needed w/o help. Stood there and kept reading packaging and consulting the smartphone for additional online info. I figured my hesitation would have triggered an employee to offer help but surprisingly not. It was actually refreshing, to be left to my investigation. One thing I did NOT like was newer models of modems being tucked behind their predecessors. Actually I only witnessed this once. So with that, no pricing. I actually purchased this tucked-away modem but had to get a price check at the register before committing. When I was leaving an employee was coming back in after helping another customer in the parking lot with a large purchase. I don’t know protocol but there were several stranded carts in the parking lot that could have been brought in. That’s the manager in me talking though… All in all, good experience, friendly invisible staff, no issues.

Driven by this store many times, but never stopped in until the other day when I had to go in for work stuff. The staff was quick to greet me as I walked in the door. I was helped with the folks with the copies that I needed and was out the door in no time.
