Her location has now changed to a new practice on Olentangy River Road(Olentangy OB/GYN). It does not get any better then Dr. Turner. She was/is my OB/GYN since early in the pregnancy with my son born in 2010. She came recommended to me by a friend who is a Labor and Delivery/Post Postpartum nurse. I had come to Dr. Turner after having problems getting pregnant and also after suffering a loss. Dr. Turner was quick to recognize that I was nervous and did my ultrasound first to set me at ease that everything was ok. Through the 8 months that I saw her, she was always very professional as well as personable. I very rarely had to wait for her longer then 10 – 15 minutes. And if she got called away to deliver a baby I was always called as far in advance as possible. I could not ask for more. She was always open and willing to answer any questions that I had or that my husband had. He was always made to feel like a part of the process as well. When my sons birth turned to a urgent c-section due to some issues with my child, she was very calm and reassuring to me. She made sure I was ok with the choice being made even if it was not what I planned for going in. She and her partner Dr. Pool followed up with me each day at the hospital as well. I heard from a lot of the nurses there how lucky I was to have Dr. Turner because she is so well regarded by the staff. She treats the staff at the hospital with dignity as well, from what I saw and was told. When I went for my follow up Dr. Turner was great about answering questions. When I have gone back for my yearly appointment the first thing she did was ask about my son and if i had pictures of him. I have never felt like a number at with Dr. Turner and look forward to having her deliver my next child when the time comes.
