Worst service ever! It took two months for my windows to come in. Once they came in they were all too small took an additional two months. Once they came in the installers rescheduled 3 times. Two if the new Windows were still to small. Paid to get windows capped only capped two. Never again. You get what you pay for.

I have never been here nor bought anything from here. I have recently purchased a house were the previous owner replaced ALL windows and a large really nice sliding glass door from here about 4 years ago. During a recent few days of heavy rain the floor became wet in front of the sliding door. I called my relestate agent about the door and then my agent called the sellers agent. I found out who installed this stuff so I can possibly see if there is a warranty or anything. I spoke with the owner of the company, he said he would love to come to my house and look at the door FREE of charge to see if there was any visible leaks on the outside. I received a call from him telling me what he found, with tips on how to fix it myself on the cheap! The entire time he didn’t try to sell me anything or speak to me like I was bothering him. He even let me know that one of my lower windows was latched but was not locked.
Its hard to find a company that cares about the work that was completed and don’t just see money signs!
If I ever buy a window or do any window stuff my first call will be to Window World!
