They are really a fantastic group of eye docs. 3 of them. They bought the business when previous Dr. Died of cancer. So sad. Liked him. I’ve seen Dr. Crockett before, but prefer Dr. Ward. She’s cute as a bug’s ear. Very small, very petite. She definitely knows what she’s doing. Haven’t seen the other fella, he doesn’t work the Aloha office. There are 3 offices. SW Portland, Aloha, and Sherwood. This new location is nicer and they have new equipment, including a camera to take pictures of your eyeball. I had a macular hole and before had to go to an Opthamologist, but don’t have to now. Instant results! They also have a TV playing kid’s movies to keep the little ones occupied. Toy area isn’t as big as it used to be, though. They still have to get the bugs out of their appointment notification system because I made the appt. online and so, got an email, then a text, then a phone call! Only need top be reminded once, thanks. :^) Staff is very nice, although they seem to have a higher turnover than most medical offices. Can’t imagine why, unless it’s the pay. Haven’t discussed it with anyone, yet. So I can only speculate at this point. I do miss Nikki, though. Liked her. But her replacement, Gustavo is very nice. Just moved here from Vegas. With a little experience under his belt, I think he’ll be fantastic!
