Unfortunately I have mixed reviews about Agile. I had a strange experience with booking my initial appointment. Even though i told the man I booked the appointment with that I wanted chiropractic care, he insisted I was seeking massage treatment. I corrected him, but it was still put down on my records that I was to be a massage patient; which led to me filing out the wrong registration paperwork at the first visit and even Dr Lewis wondering why I was asking about chiropractor care when I was seeking massage. At the first appointment it was clear Dr. Lewis didn’t want to just adjust the patients and send them on their way. She wants to educate patients and show them things they do to help themselves get better, which I love. She ordered X-​rays for me after my initial consultation in order to better assess what was going on with me. After my first visit, she recommended massage to loosen me up-​and I felt fantastic afterwards! My body had never felt so loose. I was ready for more– but then Dr Lewis has to go out of town for a family emergency. I understand things come up– so I waited. I was told I would be contacted when she was back in town and booking patients again. I never received a call. After about two weeks, I decided to try and call, and the phone would just ring and ring no matter what time of day I tried. Finally, one day an answering machine allowed me to leave a message. I asked when she was going to back in town and so I could book an appointment. Dr Lewis called me back a few days later and left me a voicemail saying she was back in town, and taking appointments, but was going to have to drop me as a patient because no matter how much she had billed my insurance, they wouldn’t pay her, so she had decided to drop all of her patients that were with that insurance. A couple weeks after that, I received a billing summary in the mail showing that she had tried to put through NINE claims to my insurance. I spoke to my insurance company who said that she clearly didn’t understand insurance billing because she was putting them through wrong, which is why she hasn’t been paid by them. I’ve now found a new provider I’m happy with. Long story short, Dr Lewis is new to being in practice for herself and needs to learn more about billing before taking patients.

I have been to lots of chiropractors and massage therapists due to chronic back issues. I am so incredibly impressed with how the Chiropractor combines both of those skills and actually takes her time to figure out where my back problems are stemming from. Her office is relaxing and so is she. Best chiropractor out there hands down.

So don’t bother going here or even setting up an appointment, Because chances are they are going to disappoint you and claim that you didn’t set up the appointment to begin with, even though you had proof on their very own business card that it was that day and instead put someone else in your spot, either that or set you up for a chiropractic appointment when you had asked for a massage. Twice in a row they screwed up and didn’t bother to compensate me. I must say that they were very rude about the apology and unaccommodating. DON’T GO TO AGILE CHIROPRACTIC. I suggest go to a real professional. Hope this helps.
