Cast Away Tackle Shop

Made online order on 5÷2÷14 — site said it would ship within 2 days and I would be notified. On 5÷12÷14 — sent email asking for status of order — never got a reply. On 5÷14÷14 I sent a second email — no reply. On 5÷15÷14 I get email notification saying it had shipped and would arrive in 1 – 3 days via USPS. It is now 7 days later and still has not arrived. I went to BBB and see that there are many complaints of this very nature about the tackle shop. I sent another email today — no reply. I left messages on their facebook site — this finally got a reply. They said they didn’t know it had not shipped but reshipped today and sent me tracking number via email. It has been two hours and no email with tracking number in my inbox. I filed complaint with BBB. I strongly urge that no one ever orders from online with this store or make order that requires delivery. They have a pattern of not shipping and then making excuses and promises which are not kept. Check their complaint file with BBB, and google reviews… and of course now this one on Unilocal.I’ll get this on twitter next… might even make a YouTube show about this and get that posted.
