I purchased a Groupon for 2 weeks here and really enjoyed all the classes I took. I love the small size, and I always left feeling energized, in tune, and sometimes quite sweaty(which kind of surprised this boot camp die-hard!) I would recommend them and will purchase a class pass to drop in at least once a week!

This place is an absolute gem. I have been to 2 of Jasmine’s classes and I loved them. She is very in tune with people around her, friendly, calm and peaceful demeanor. She enables you to leave the world at the door step and embrace the power of yoga. Great studio! It is small, around 10 people is considered a full class. Mixed level yogies attend but It is not completely beginner’s studio. I noticed that most students are women. I leave feeling I had a good workout while mentally feeling more focused.

I Have been to MANY yoga studios, and I am not impressed. The studio is very cozy, but the two instructors I tried were not good. It was so bad that I didn’t wish to go again even though I purchased two weeks unlimited. Maybe thats why there wasn’t many people in the classes. Disappointing considering I live on the block and would love to continue going to a yoga place that’s close.

This is the place I started my yoga practice with and it has been nothing short of phenomenal! The first time I called Allyson(she runs the place) to check what classes would suit my needs and I tried the classes she suggested using the 2-week unlimited intro pass for $ 30. I am so pleased with the diversity of classes, the amazing instructors and most importantly, how I felt after every class. I decided to continue for as long as I stay in Portland. They have just enough props to ease you into challenging postures — blocks, blankets, bolsters and straps, and you’re free to modify a specific posture or hold if it strains any part of your body too much(instructors always tell you the modifying posture too). As for the classes I’m taking — Vinyasa with Courtney, Deep Stretch and Hatha with Terry and sometimes, Core Fusion with Carey or Claire. Courtney’s and Terry’s classes are perfect for me. They are fantastic instructors who teach you how to push yourself without overdoing it. I would recommend these two instructors and these classes for anyone who wants to — 1. Work their core 2. Indulge in a lot of hip openers and splits 3. Strengthen the back and glutes

Friendly, peaceful, clean and well-managed. I love being able to register on-line for classes, and there are several each week that fit my schedule.

Yes! Yes! Yes! I’ve been looking for a great yoga studio close to the office so we could actually fit in an entire practice during lunch. Tried a Vinyasa II taught by Gabrielle Johnston. Awesome, challenging practice that made me feel like I was on cloud 9 for the next few hours. Experienced a nice euphoria and body glow afterwards. Lovely, intimate studio.

Just got home from an amazing class taught by Terry. I am quite rusty in my yoga practice and he was so kind. He offered some great advice to help me get the most benifit from my poses. The owner was also there at the front desk, and couldn’t have been any nicer. He and his wife opened the studio together, the space is really cozy and has a really calm vibe to it, exactly what a yoga studio should be. I am so thrilled to have found this lil gem yoga studio in the orenco neighborhood. The prices are pretty awesome too. If you are a fan of supporting local small businesses come visit this place, I am sure you will love it as much as I did
