As coin laundromats go… this one is clean and quiet. Dryers work quickly. TV to watch. and if you want a quick bite… multiple choices to choose from. american, japanese, thai, italian and a pizza joint. Also if ya want a cold one. a pub!

That’s just the critical jive off the top; you have a fun and inviting writer’s voice: give us more of that; and, while you’re doin’ that, learn how to proofread, not just for structure, but for that «voice» that you know that we all will find funny, witty, and useful.
The stuff starting with «The regulars»… is the stuff for which about I mean; keep with it, work on it: whatever, just keep it up.
