Dutch Bros Coffee

This is my favorite Dutch Bros that I’ve been to. And I’ve been to a lot. Maybe 50? It has seating inside unlike most of stands. The music is usually at a fair volume but always depends on who’s working. Sometimes it’s loud but nothing you can’t deal with. Everyone who works there is nice. Especially Amy. Love the oatmeal they sell. I live closer to two other DBs but always go to this one when time allows to hang out inside.

What makes this Dutch so great is without a doubt the employees, phenomenal service every time! The young group carries a lot of energy bringing tons of life into this coffee shop. They have a very helpful staff as well since I can be a bit indecisive at times they narrow drinks down for me or even take the wheel and surprise me with something nice. I would suggest trying the snickers coffee or the passion fruit red bull! Over all this place has interesting drinks, good vibes and consistent great service. My number one go to hands down

Terrible experience!!! I had poor customer service from multiple workers here. They’re insincere, rude, short, and they even got our order wrong to top it all off. My iced kicker felt heavy with so much cream and barely any coffee flavor. Long wait for an extremely poor experience overall. I’d go out of my way to avoid this location for a while.
Also, they no longer have the white chocolate covered coffee beans and the workers don’t even know what brand or where we can get our own. My brother loves them and they were not helpful at all with giving me ideas where to get them myself.
THE WORST. Go to other dutch bros locations. End of story.

I always go to the same Dutch that is very close to my house (Yay! to my awesome Dutch friends in Aloha on SW 185^th!) but today I was close to this Dutch on SE 73^rd in Hillsboro while doing errands — NEVER AGAIN will I go to this location!!! I’m amazed how many positive reviews are on this website for this location — I’m used to the location I always go to going out of their way when there’s more than 2 or 3 cars on the drive up and coming out to my car to get my order — it’s nice when you get to the window and it’s done — anyway, this location apparently doesn’t do this — I waited at least 10 minutes before getting to the window to order — all I needed was a gift card and a drink — the employees seemed totally disorganized and then I had to asked twice for a receipt — a shame my first impression of this location was a bad one. (Also used to super friendly, personable employees at the Aloha location — the employees at the SE 73^rd store barely said 2 words to me)

I am a regular and I can’t imagine getting coffee anywhere else. The service is excellent. After coming every morning for about a month they learned my name and my order (a freeze with an extra shot). I also love that this location has a drive thru and you can walk in and sit like a traditional coffee shop. If I could work there, I would just tone with all of those awesome people. Recommend for everyone!!!

I came in this morning for my first time (I’ve heard nothing but wonderful things about this place!). I was greeted by the entire staff at the window and they all made me feel special and welcome. I received a nice note on my coffee and some extra punches on a new punch card. Needless to say, I left with a huge smile on my face. I appreciated the extra effort on their part to make my first time unique and memorable :)

Love my dutchy broistas! Best stand hands down. You want a genuinely friendly group no forced happiness go here. Never mess up my drink. Plus if you can dream it they can make it. Never make you feel unimportant or rushed!

Coffee is consistent with the chain, nice espresso, but realllllly sugary drinks! My usual is a slammer: 2 – 3 shots with just a splash of chocolate milk or half&half. This one is definitely slower that the one in Sherwood though. Get the phone/​iPad thing rolling and you’ll have 5 stars!

Yummy! My family and I were actually looking for Starbucks but because they were closed in the area, we opted to try Dutch Bros Coffee instead. I got the Kicker, coffee with sweet Irish cream. I don’t like my coffee too sweet so I asked for it to be a little less sweet. Happy I did, delish! They have other drink options, not just coffee so stop by when you are feelin thirsty!

Great people… great products. Love this location! My favorite is the blended pixie stick rebel. It’s like a reward for me.

Coffee is good but not worth the wait. I’ve been several times over the past two months and the service is just so slow! Even with just one car ahead of me I had to wait over 5 minutes. Doesn’t take that long to make a latte.

Love the coffee. Fantastic people! But it is slowwwwww!!! 10 minutes for a cup if coffee on a Monday morning? No thanks!

The line gets a little long sometimes but the customer service and coffee is worth if. Friendly staff make all the difference.

The coffee is overrated and not amazing but fun. I do love the service and the Rebel infused energy drinks!

When this building was first built — I thought to myself… ‘Self, this would be a great location for a DB’… There was a good burger joint there for a bit… then empty for awhile… then, one day… the gray & blue paint went up and joy filled my heart.
I go there often. Not as much as some. But they know me, and my drink. EVERYTIME. Everyone is so absolutely great! The dudes are awesome to be all sweet & make you feel good. The girls remember things & chat you up… they make you feel good, and like you are a friend. I dig it. I dig them.

I stopped by here today only because it was next door to my lunch destination and I needed caffeine ASAP. I admit I am not sure if I have ever personally ordered Dutch Brothers for myself, I am pretty sure I would have remembered it.
I just DON’T GET IT. The menu that is, there are about 10 choices, it does not indicate if the choices are Lattes, Mocha’s or what? Just their flavor profiles? and how many shots and the cost of course. Normally you choose your coffee (Latte, Mocha, etc) then your syrup (if you want one), milk/​nonfat/​soy, hot/​cold, etc. Their method was totally foreign to me.
I got mine iced and it tasted ok, but the choices seemed limited and I guess I like the old school way of ordering my Latte. Not for me, I am a crotchety old lady who does not like change!
One other thing, I asked the gal helping me in the drive thru about how it works and she had no explanation other than the writing was really small (no idea what she meant), the 3 young men working behind her were acting in a less than professional manner which did not impress me either.

I love Dutch Bros, and when this new store opened less than a block from my house, I was thrilled. Like most other Dutch Bros, the staff is friendly, efficient, and have amazing memories. I have some strange variations to the drinks I order, and they remembered them from a visit two weeks prior at the other Hillsboro location. The Tigard location manages the same thing.
Like one of the other reviewers, I recently tried the Brown Sugar Cinnamon Breve. OMG. I am glad it is seasonable, or I would be in a coma from drinking these. My usual drink is the ER-​911 with some mocha or an Annihilator with chocolate and 2 extra shots. (Yes, I have caffeine instead of blood).

This sits in the corner of a little strip mall, and was formerly occupied by Rachel’s Classic Burger (RIP) :(I gotta admit, though, that if I were to support/​approve any business taking the place of Rachel’s, Dutch Bros would be at or near the top of the list.
The setup is unique as far as standard Dutch Bros buildings go. There’s only a single drive-​thru, unlike other standalone two drive-​thru Dutch Bros stores. There is, however, an actual door to this store, and while I waited in the drive-​thru line, I glanced inside, and it appears there’s an actual counter and a few barstools. I’ll go back soon and snap a picture or 4.
Today I got their fall drink — a Brown Sugar Cinnamon Breve. Tasty, indulgent treat if not a bit on the sweet side. My go-​to is the Annihilator, which I intend to return to shortly.
Great addition to the area! It’s really convenient for me, and I’m looking forward to buying many Annihilators from them.
