Floors With Flair

We broke three tiles in my mother’s house while replacing a kitchen sink. We looked everywhere for replacement tiles but was unsuccessful. Floors With Flair had something that was close and would work but we would have to buy a box of tiles when we only needed a couple. The gal who helped us was kind enough to order us a couple of sample tiles free of charge. This was excellent customer service and we will definitely go back to them for our tiling needs.

Great friendly low-​pressure service. But… I could not get them to close the deal. I called 3 times trying to order the product with no returned call. Had to purchase from a competitor.

Good selection, no-​pressure sale. We got the carpets and wood trims replaced. Furniture was also moved out of the way and put back after carpet replacement. Professional, well done job. Smooth, no-​hassle transaction. Highly recommend seeking out Chris for the consultation.

I cannot believe it has taken me this long to write a review. I have been using Floors With Flair for many years, starting when I bought my current house, they did the bathroom floors in Marmoleum.
They have done the carpet at my parents house, twice. We recently sold our parents home and had the living room and upper 2 bedrooms done. I told them my price range and the owner Chris brought carpet samples that were perfect in price and quality for my needs.
I was so inspired I decided to replace the carpet in my very large family/​living room. My husband picked out some very expensive carpet and Chris gave us a great deal. If you work for a certain large computer chip company they will give you a discount.
Installers were great, in and out in a few hours and they did a great job.
I love this company and Chris (the owner) always gives a us a fair deal, good peeps!

FWF has done our entire home. Years ago with the main traffic areas and rooms, recently with my office and our play room. Super easy to work with, great selection, very nice people who you can tell are interested. Great prices too. Their installers were fast, and clean as well. I don’t have any issues with big box stores… but I prefer to spend $$ with locally owned businesses… and would refer FWF to anyone… every time!

Decisions, decisions, decisions! We went into Floors With Flair knowing what we wanted. Amy was our consultant and spent hours helping us through the process and selection of tile, LVT and next will be carpet. The showroom and our customer service was excellent. We no longer «price shop» around as FWF prices are reasonable and their selection was/​is great. If they don’t have it, they can get it for you. We now exclusively shop at FWF. We have a big project but we feel no matter the size of your project you CAN’T go wrong using FWF. Our home project includes a complete update and can[t wait until we carpet our upstairs.
We had phenomenal service and we highly recommend Floors With Flair.

The whole experience was great from start to finish. In the store they were incredibly helpful with making color choices and the installers were professional, friendly, and did a great job. We love our floors.

Love these people! Did not think we can afford the quality floors recently installed. Chris (owner) helped us select the right flooring that fit our budget. Not only were they helpful the floors look GREAT. Great showroom! Highly recommended!
