H & S Screen Printing

For the price, this was a great turn-​around. The print work we got done was good for what we needed, but I think there was some misinformation (or miscommunication) on what exactly we were getting. Either way, it was a good value and a good piece we needed for an event we were participating in.

Hussein and crew came recommended by a friend/​client. Noël at H&S was super helpful and was cool even though we had a small run and a tight deadline. Noël was very responsive and understood our sense of urgency, she helped push the process along quickly. Art mockup and sample process was quick and painless, and pro. They were able to turn our order around ahead of schedule. Prices were a little steeper than other shops around town, but dealing with quality people and receiving pro results are worth the extra cash. I’m about to place a new order with them.

The attention to detail and quality put into my project is a rare find these days. Please do yourself a favor and give this crew your next print and or design project. Be prepared to be amazed by the talent of Hussein and his associates.

What a waste of time.
We were quoted almost double the cost of most screen printers we have used before, but after a quick revision the price was dropped. (Not a bad thing but does that mean service will be lacking?)
Then we were told our order would take 2 – 3 weeks! They were busy with other orders much larger than ours so I guess, we as a new client, were not very appreciated. That seemed long too, but ok, we are new to them.
There was a physical mock up that they wanted to put together and we were told to come by any time (on a weekend) to come see what it would look like. Well we get there and they left early for the day.
«So sorry…» Was what we heard, but they were nice enough to send us it by carrier two days later.
Well once we got it… it was the wrong mock up, «so sorry for the confusion, ok let’s make sure we get it right» is what they now tell us.
When asked for a revision and we were told in an email that there would be a charge for that? When we questioned that they said they can’t help us.
What a waste of time!

Hussein is amazing! He pays very close attention to detail. He has a great sense of style and has been so helpful in helping me brand my company. Hussein created my logo. My business cards, t-​shirts, signage. He has gone above and beyond making sure that I am happy and confident with the design and also including me in the design process (and Linzi!) I would recommend everyone to go with H & S Screen Printing! Professional. Quick turn around. Affordable. You will not be disappointed.

My experience at H & S was top notch. Hussein went above and beyond to make sure we got what we were looking for. His high level of customer service highly exceeded my expectations. We had t-​shirts, polos, jackets and hats for our staff just about a month ago and we are already in the process of placing another order. I would definitely recommend H & S in the future and will definitely be using them frequently. Being able to support another local business owner is also a huge plus!
