Ginny did my relaxer and then curled my hair. It came out very pretty ! I am usually picky with who touches my hair since my hair is really curly and kinky and i have not been able to find anyone here in Oregon who can handle my hair or do it how i like it since I moved here but she did a very nice job I would def have her style my hair again =)

This place is so cute! Anna took care of my hideous outgrow and fixed up my layers. I’ve already scheduled my next appointment with her. She’s so awesome at what she does she guarantees her work.

Jamie did an amazing job! I had gotten purple peek-​a-​boos put in a couple months a go and they washed right out. I showed Jamie what I had before and what I wanted and she did exactly what I wanted! She was so nice and I had a great time talking with her! She was very knowledgable about how to do what I wanted and she did it in a very timely manner. She also trimmed my hair and it was perfect. She gave me exactly what I asked for and then some!
The salon is really nice inside also and all the stylists were very nice! I will be making repeat visits to Hello Gorgeous!

I showed Anna a picture of what I wanted and she did it! She worked with me through the whole cut, asking questions about lengths of different layers and bangs, so that she could make sure she gave me the cut I wanted. At the end, Anna noticed one side was a little heavy, so she immediately thinned it out, saying, «It has to be perfect 100% of the time — no exceptions.» She also told me that if I noticed anything I didn’t like about my hair within the next week to give her a call, and she’d fix it. If I weren’t moving across the country in a week, I’d make Anna my permanent stylist for sure. A perfect haircut for only $ 30.

What is not to love? Ginny is the most perfect hair dresser! She refuses to do anything but perfection! She talks you through everything she does and she makes it a great experience! If you have not worked with Ginny then you really need to pick up your phone and call her now.

New to the area and I have no one to ask for advice on a stylist so I have to go by reviews online. I tried another salon in the area with good reviews and got a very uneven and unsuccessful haircut. Had a trip to visit family and wanted to look my best so after another round of looking online for a decent hair salon, I gave Hello Gorgeous a try based on the reviews. They got me in that afternoon and Anna did a great job turning a crappy cut into a really nice cut that works with my wavy hair. I’ll be coming back for my next hair cut.

I went there for a haircut recently and it was my first time there. Anna was the hair artist who cut my hair. I love my hair cut! Her suggestions about hair care were fantastic and she also gave me information about hair products and brazilian blowouts! This place is def a keeper for me. I would recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a decent (not too pricey) salon in the area.

Ginny rocks… I followed her from her prior workplace because, like anyone, it takes me a lot to find someone I like and trust with my hair. She listens and offers great advice on cuts, colors and treatments. She has done some amazing haircuts on me and even a pretty severe color correction. The other ladies here are also super sweet and the way that the salon is set up makes it feel much more relaxed and comfortable than prior places I have been too. They use a variety of high quality products and I must say that when I ask my stylist why they are using that particular product and they tell me an actual answer with why they prefer it instead of just a simple, «well, that is what we carry».

This salon is amazing! I got my hair done at another salon and paid double the price for something i didnt want. Then i came to lydia and she fixed my hair exactly how i wanted it! Ive never been so happy with a hait stylist, shes funny and kind and fun to be around

In need of a cut and color I find Kathy at Hello Gorgeous. She got me in right away and I left there with a new hair style and wonder hair color. Kathy has proven her skill set not only with myself, but I referred 2 others that have left her shop very very happy with the outcome. Thank you Kathy as you have definitely earned my future business.

UMMMMM… DO NOT DO NOT give this place any business!
I can’t remember the name of the woman who did my «perm» and «cut», I wish I did so I could tell you to avoid her at all costs, but what I WOULD say is if you care about your hair, please avoid this place.
I bought a Groupon to use toward a perm, 50.00 for 100.00 worth of haircare, and not only was my perm totally, utterly, completely disasterous, the unprofessional, rude, obnoxious, self-​fulfilling woman who fried it actually tried to charge me extra! She said «I’m not sure if they told you on the phone when you made your appointment but it’s an additional 25.00…» YA, NO ONE told me that and since YOU were the one who booked my appointment YOU DIDN’T TELL ME THAT!
I didn’t bring any additional money as I was never made aware of the fact that they made up prices as they went along… but I would not have paid the additional 25.00 she tried to charge me anyway! I didn’t even get a cut, I got a frizzy mess that haunted me for a month until I got it professionally straightened by a professional. This place is not professional, it is a joke. They don’t even have a website… HELLO?! That should have been my first clue.
I have never had such a bad hair disaster in my life. Perms are scary as it is, but she destroyed it and didn’t give me at all what I asked for, she talked about herself for the entire 2 hours, she sent me home with a wet mop on my head and didnt offer to cut or style it… Probably cause she was just as ghetto as this whole in the wall shop was. She told me she also worked in the Pearl, and that scared me half to death that she is able to spread her terrible «talents» in more places than one!
Steer clear, if you care about your hair.

I liked their confidence on the phone when I called to ask about prices and appointments. Some salons just don’t give a good vibe over the phone, but this one definitely did! Plus they open with, «Hello Gorgeous! How can I help you…» Adorable. I felt good about placing my hair in their hands.
I went in for a basic women’s cut ($ 25) and although my hair was a frizzy, uneven, home-​dye disaster, I was treated kindly. Ann gave me tips for curls along the way, and let me know their Brazilian Blowout is low-​, to no-​formaldehyde. Still, nooooo thanks.
There were a few gray heads in the small salon when I came in, which always worries me (I’m in my 20s), but I think that’s just their morning crowd. Make no mistake this salon is good for all ages. They are booking up fast since they just had a groupon out last week. I wish I had gotten one!

What can I say about Kathy? She is a hair genius! My last hair cut was miserable to say the least and I had colored my own hair for so long that it was patchy, dry, and damaged. Kathy repaired all the damage, gave me a really hip look and is getting me to the hair style I want without sacrificing style. Mwaaa– love you guys! As an aside, I have one sister that goes to Annie and another that sees Rachel — can you say super cuteness??? My somewhat conservative sister came out of there looking like a diva.
There prices are competative and they don’t push product on you — it’s all about the client here! Don’t know what you want or have an idea — Kathy will be honest if she does not feel it is the right cut/​color and will NEVER give you something you don’t want You just can’t go wrong at Hello Gorgeous.
