This jewel in Hillsboro is a mom and pop gas station that has ample parking, outdoor seating with television and some of the best eats in town. The subs are the best I’ve ever had and portions that make the chains look pathetic. There’s plenty of snacks and beverages and the sweet tea is fantastic. The inside also has a coffee shop with a great selection for the caffeine junkies. It’s clean, the people are friendly and I never miss a chance to stop here whenever I’m in town. This place is a jewel for the on the go person like I am.

So I am only going to review for now the coffee shop side of the station! Although the place was very neat and clean and I’ve heard they have great pizza so I may have to come back and sample that!!! The coffee shop is on the right side of the gas station and it is not by far even close to a gas station coffee! This is a real high end coffee shop better than any starbucks I’ve been too! The seating was comfortable, area was clean, free wifi, and very friendly barista! As I always do I ask the barista for suggestion and she was excited to talk about their drinks which shows me that she likes what they sell as well as takes pride in making the drinks! After trying the drink I could see why she was so excited and happy to serve this coffee. This was one of the best lattes I’ve had. I would recommend this coffee shop to anyone! My only regret is that it is kinda far from me!

Some of the best food in town is at this gas station. seriously. Pizza, subs, burgers and more are made to order and they are open 24 hours for food. Clean and friendly and good selections of grocery items. The coffee bar is as good as a Starbucks at lower prices.
