Intel, Jones Farm Campus

Food at EBC is amazing. Not sure who the chef is but he or she is amazing! This is not a public café, but rather a place for meetings with Intel folks. If you’re lucky enough to have a meeting there, enjoy! The staff there at EBC is quite nice too by the way.

Being a contractor that works inside the Jones Farm campus I frequent the café frequently. Some major pluses about the cafeteria is that they have many options for healthy food typically Indian, sushi, taco bar, «at home», grill, salad, bar & soup.
I particularly like their breakfasts. There is wonderful pastries, fresh fruit, cottage cheese, hot sandwiches made to order and delicious varieties of oatmeal with all the toppings.
Also hot tea, coffee and soda is available to contractors at $ 1. Typically this is free for the Intel employees, but I think is it a great price at $ 1!
The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because the prices seem to be steadily increasing.

One star off because cell coverage is spotty in the buildings (depending on your provider), which makes it hard for visitors to take conference calls. Everything else is aces! The cafes have really come a long way since I started visiting many years ago. The line was so long for tacos/​burritos last week in JF5 that I ended up with a turkey sandwich (last resort = no line). They also had woodfired pizza, Indian, burgers, sushi and a salad bar. Plus, they have those cool machines with 150 different kinds of soda. Just don’t go right at 12 like I did and have to battle a couple hundred people for nourishment and you’ll be fine. And if you see me in the Havarti seating area, trying to make a call with 14 assorted soda flavors around me, give a wave.

I am going to review Jones Farm 5 and Jones Farm 3. I have to admit, the café is much better than the one back at home. They have different types of hamburgers like the kim chee, egg and bacon. It was really good. I had the salad, it was very good too and the prices are not bad at all. The service is really friendly as they are not a stickler on the pries and nickel and dime you to death.
