advertised a GBC Velobind Four binding finisher for sale and for delivery by December 1st. I ordered the binder on November 20th. On November 26th, I called for a tracking number and status on shiping and was informed my order would not be shipped until after December 19th. I informed Mybinding that I needed the machine sooner and cancelled the order. They agreed to cancel the order and issue a refund through paypal. As of December 8th I still have not received my refund of over $ 2500.00. This is not a company that I would give any money to up front as they do not willingly return funds for orders they cannot fulfill.

We will definitely use this company again: our spiral binding supplies were easy to find on the site, affordable, arrived on time, and came with a coupon and candy bar. Awesome surprise for the marketing department!

I definitely must write a positive review on this company, as I had an excellent experience with them, 3 times in a row. Whiel I only ordered office products, their service was excellent. If you can believe this, A LIVE HUMAN answers the phone when you call. They helped me order, helped me resolve a shipping issue, and and helped me again order more stuff.
