Delicious and a lovely atmosphere. I especially like the beef schwarma with hummus added(no pickles). The beef is very flavorful. The staff is always cheerful and helpful.

My husband and I went for dinner on a Friday night around 6:00 p.m. It wasn’t busy and we were seated right away. We ordered the falafel plate for an appetizer. They were good. I’ve had better though. I had the chicken shawarma pita wrap without garlic sauce. It was decent… holy curry, though. So be prepared, if you, like me, are not a big curry fan. The portion was huge and I wasn’t able to finish all the bread. They use cheap iceberg lettuce as a filler. It would be nice to up the quality of greens a bit. Service was excellent.

I have been eating here on a sporadic basis, food is generally good but not consistent. The dish that entices me there is there spicy babaganoush. My husband likes their chicken kebab skewers and lamb kebabs. If the kitchen here can maintain consistent taste I would go here more often as it is located close work.

Chicken Shawarma is great. The hummus is great. Everything I tried is really good. Note: This is the only Lebanese place I could find that has the tangy lemony flavor on their hummus and sauces. Other places I have been to have more of a bitter-ish hummus, so it depends on your taste.

Fantastic — the chicken was tender and tasty, veggies were spot on fresh & delicious. Hummus was perfectly tasty, i had to tell myself to stop because I was ruining my appetite for the kebab!

I honestly wasn’t that impressed with the food here. I called my order in and went in to pick it up, so I didn’t get to experience the ambiance of the restaurant itself. It looked nice from the few minutes I spent in the waiting area, though. Here’s the thing, though. My boyfriend and myself both ordered the traditional gyros and we both agreed that the meat was greatly over-seasoned. We didn’t finish either of our meals that evening. However, I am willing to give Oasis another shot to see if they have improved. From the first experience, though, I am not their biggest fan.

Good Mediterranean food close to Intel and the stadium in Hillsboro. I have been to this place multiple times and have been pretty happy with the food. I like the ‘lamb over hummus’ that they have. This along with a bread can be a decent meal in itself. My favorite dish here is the chicken shawarma. It has chicken pieces cut to medium sizes but the marinating and cooking sauce that they use for the chicken is amazing and tastes wonderful. The shawarma chicken has a lot of flavor and I end up ordering it every time I go there now. Give it a try.

Although this place is well decorated and clean, I did not care for our food or the pricing. I tried the chicken shawarma wrap. And my husband had the chicken kabob platter. The spices used were out of proportion and for $ 13.99 my dear husband should have had more than four pieces of chicken on his plate. Also tried the hummus and again was disappointed with the flavor. Our server was very friendly, but overly attentive, and inexperienced. We were asked twice what drinks or appetizer we wanted before we had even picked up our menus. I finally just had to ask her for a few minutes as this was our first time here.

Waitress was sweet. Beef Shawarma had a bite to it. Chicken shawarma was dry. Both were supposed to come with basmati rice but it didn’t taste like basmati. The toilets don’t want to flush. I’d say go to Nicholas’ Lebanese restaurant … They have the best Lebanese plus best gluten free freshly baked pita like bread.

Oh my the humus with lamb is the hit! 7 of us and all of were raving about it so we ordered 3 humus with lamb! The pita bread is amazing! Vegetable hummus is the hit too! End the end we all bough baklava and Oasis desert specialty(some kind of melting cheese fries with something) soooo delicious! I got cosmopolitan and it was just perfect mix! I’l return!!!

I had lunch here today. I was not impressed with the complimentary pita chips, but my kafta kabob sandwich was really good. Good service. I want to go back for their happy hour from 2:30 — 5 …$ 3 drinks and $ 4 gyros included on the menu.

If you’re stuck in Hillsboro, it’s not a bad option. But that’s not really saying much. The only reason I go here is that it’s close to work. The food isn’t bad, but there’s nothing special about any of it. They’ve basically taken delicious, flavorful dishes and watered them down to appeal to middle class, SUV-driving suburbanites who prefer to live their lives as blandly as possible.

Finally checked out this place close to work after I heard good things from co-workers. I’m actually quite surprised though at the 4.5 average rating because the food was pretty mediocre. I would recommend you to go to Gyro House Mediterranean Grill that’s just 5−10min away instead. MEZZAPLATESAMPLER($ 13.99): Appetizer sampler plate with hummus, baba ghanouj, tabouli salad, falafel, and grape leaves served with two pieces of pita bread. This was huge even when shared between 3 people. We had tons left over but probably because it wasn’t that delicious. Hummus was too creamy or heavy on tahini and not enough chickpeas. Baba ghanouj and tabouli salad was good but falafel was on the dry side. Worst part was the pita bread that was very non-uniform with some parts super thin and other parts super thick and doughy. Bleh. SHISHKABOBCHICKEN($ 13.99): Chicken kabob was flavorful and juicy. I asked for some garlic sauce on the side and it went very well with the meat. Too bad the vegetables on the side weren’t very good and seemed like most pieces were half raw and somehow missed in the sauté.

The dining atmosphere was nice — clean, chic, sophisticated and FAST. Nice enough to have a business dinner, and casual enough to come in and order take-out. I ordered the Beef Schwarma — which came with a HUGE portion of beef topped with a flavorful Tahini sauce. The basmati rice was amazing — it had a great sublte flavor and a fluffy texture. The poriton sizing here was generous. You could also order a side of either hummus, baba ganouj with flat bread for only $ 2.99 extra(and even this serving was big) I’d definitely would come here again.

For those working Intel, Laika, Nike, or merely stranded in the Burbclave that is Hillsboro, I strongly recommend finding solace at the Oasis, with it’s fabulous middle eastern cuisine, rose-lemonade, full bar & live music stage. While you could save a couple bucks at the numerous fast food joints crowding around it, I suggest you support local business, avoid jamming tasteless swill down your throat, & remember that all those long work hours deserve a foray into the exotic every now & again. Sit by the water & enjoy the Oasis. You’ll thank me for it later.

The gyros are stuffed with all kinds of good stuff — little pickles, crumbly cheese, veggies and a sauce that is really, really good. I recommend this place for take-out when you don’t want fast food but want something filling, fresh and fast. If you decide to stay there and eat, the service has always been great!

I have been here a handful of times and it never disappoints. The food is phenomenal, the service friendly, prompt and courteous and the restaurant is always extremely clean. The falafel, grape leaves, hummus, baba ganoush, gyros, and lamb pizza all are delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant and look forward to eating here when I am on this side of Oregon.

Get the Combo dish kabobs if you’re a carnivore, very good. The lamb kabob is alright but the chicken is the bomb. Clean atmosphere and the staff are very friendly.
