Orenco Max Station

A location worthy of shrugging those shoulders is to be found with the Orenco MAX Station. One line goes here, while the benches are minimal. They did build lots of apartments, so maybe for those people, their perspective is better. In a very cruel joke, the benches are made out of tree branches. It may look nice, but the decision to use it over a regular bench may constitute abuse. This is a great place to move about the metropolitan area.
Portland was my destination when I went here. The station had a better crosswalk than other Hillsboro stations, especially with a signal to be seen on the other side. There are two benches, one for each direction. Luckily, the tree branch seating can hold three adults, but it was not anywhere as comfortable as if they just installed a usual darn bench. It was even rough to begin sitting on it. I did see lots of people sitting on the edges of the brick-​covered area.
Orenco successfully moves commuters from point to the next point.

So i arrived at station and both ticket machines were out of order. I tried calling # to report issue and got voicemail. Not a surpise it was 430am. The surprise came when it hung up on me before i could leave a msg. Great customer service trimet. Lets hope i dont get a ticket for not having a ticket to ride

This Orenco station max stop id 9835 is a bit Stepfords wives for me. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a nice area, tons with in walking distance, row after row of perfectly manicured townhouses. There’s plenty of parking and the Max will take you right downtown. It’s very pretty and self sufficient, but a little too Martha Stewart for me.
