Fast food is fast food, so how do you separate yourself from the rest? SERVICE! This place falls WAY short on that and the owner ought to do something before anymore business is lost. Something as simple as listening to your order and giving correct change ought to be the basics which they totally miss.

This Taco Bell always undercooked my food. My cheese is never melted. My order is never right. And they always sound really rude. I’m extremely disappointed with this Taco Bell. If you are in the mood for some good Taco Bell, it is worth the drive to Festus. I wouldn’t even give this location a 1 star rating.
