Tags weekly doesn’t offer exchanges, they say you just have to place another order and send the other items back (at your own cost) and they will refund you your money (minus a restocking fee). Once I returned the shoes, they never refunded my money, despite saying they had. They don’t have a way to contact them other than by email, which they send essentially automated responses to your complaints. There customer service is abysmal. I will not be using tags weekly ever again, they’re crooks.
