Techtwice is my first choice!!!
I don’t know how I stumbled upon this locally owned company but when I did, all my bad karma must’ve turned right!
Not only did they give me cash for my phone but they gave me a bonus for the inconvenience of leaving it there to be inspected overnight.
When I called to check the status, they said everything checked out but I left my Sim card and SD card in the phone. Bummer! No… not really because they offered to bring me my cash for the phone and my missing components to my front door!!!
…that’s not all. They even greeted me with smiles at 10:30 a.m. and brought a Starbucks gift card too! :’) tears of joy in my week of stress!!!

Nice friendly, fast service, I have the S7 edge the camera lens broke they had it fixed in 35 min I brought the part in myself because they didn’t have the part and told me 3 – 5 days for them to get the part.

My phone has continued to wig out and I am constantly turning it off and on. I would say don’t go to this business and go to a trusted apple store.
1 month later: June 5 2016– the company emailed me exactly one month ago and commented they would like to send me a free tempered glass screen protecter and diagnose my phone for 30 minutes. I gave them my address to ship the glass protector and never heard back or received anything again.

They were awesome! Gave me within $ 5 of the best price I could find anywhere — and I actually got CASH the same day! No waiting for auctions, or whatever. The girls at the office were amazing, helpful and so nice. I had an issue with one of the phones (long story short — Verizon has the WORST customer service on the planet!) and these girls helped me get it figured out. They are the real deal. They say what they do and they do what they say. And they are really incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.
