This company is terrible! I made an appointment for them to look at my Fridge and they canceled my appoint minutes before they were suppose too show up. I rescheduled with them for the following week and when they arrived they called a different number then the one I provided. I called them when I never got a call and they told me the would call me back if the Tech. was still in the area. 30 Mins. later still no call back. The receptionist sounded like she was 12 years old. Go elsewhere!

I called Tony’s after several other places failed to call me back. The diagnosis fee for my dryer was lower than the others by half. He came the next day and was quick and courteous. He understood my concerns about paying too much for the repair as it is a old dryer. He called me a couple hours later with a reasonable quote. Although the part was going to take 4 – 5 days for shipping it turned out they were able to pick it up on another run. He came the next day braving my piles of laundry and fixed the dryer!
Not only was this repair fast and reasonable and the repairman Tony, the owner himself, was very kind. He helped me see a possible fire hazard with my water heater and repaired the hose connection sealing it tight again at no charge.
YEA for Tony’s. Pick them. Now. I must brave the cascade range of laundry in my hall.

The technician was on time and quickly identified the faulty part. All in all, I was charged $ 200 for a 20 min job to replace a $ 25 part. That seemed expensive.

Our landlord used Tony’s appliance as the go to for appliance repair. Tony’s was used to fix a washer, dryer, and refrigerator. Each time they came out they were timely, professional and knowledgable. I always felt comfortable with them in the house. They always cleaned up after repairs and were very courteous. Should I ever be in the market for new appliances I will definitely check out Tony’s as his integrity and passion for his work was obvious.

I had my stove repaired in June, and it broke again in October. They only offered a 3 month warranty on the repair, so I’m out $ 225 which I could of put towards a new stove then (which I’m now buying).

I am finally writing this review as I have been meaning to do it for a long time. I found a Craigslist ad for a basically brand new stainless steel dishwasher. I called the number and I spoke to Tony’s daughter and she helped me get the best possible deal and was most helpful. It is so great in this time of strip malls and chains to find a family business that does an AMAZING job! I scheduled to have it installed on Thursday and Tony showed up and did it himself. There were many problems with our sink pipes and the trash compactor and Tony was so knowledgeable and worked around it (spend about 2 – 3 hrs) to get the dishwasher up and running. I gave him an extra $ 80 because that is all I had and he thanked me and I thanked him because he went above and beyond. I think Tony’s Appliances is an incredible place to do business and they stand by their work. I am going to give him a call today to have him help me install a new trash compactor. What are you waiting for?

I don’t remember the total charge for both but I want to day I didn’t pay over $ 400 for the set. So far the washer is still running, the belt did wear out on the dryer and I’ll have to replace that and the heating element. I called Tony’s about getting a new belt and did not like the price for them to come fix it so I’ll be having a friend help me with it…

Awesome service and very reasonable prices! Highly recommend them. They took great care in fixing a washing machine we purchased off of Craigslist.

Tony’s Awesome! He thinks of people first which is really rare in this industry. I was having trouble with one of my refrigerator unit Tony came out did his thing and all is good now. Tony knew I was a new business on a budget and gave me the best rate possible. Thank you Tony!

Tony is the Man in a business where people often are hacks– great appliance services — great used appliances and customer service. This is the place to be!

I went to Tony’s looking for a cheap fridge/​freezer combo to put in my garage. I walked into the store and was immediately greeted by an employee. I told her I was looking for the cheapest fridge they had. She showed me a couple that were a bit ugly but under $ 200. That was perfect for what I needed. It came with a 30 day warranty and free delivery. The store is very clean, well lit and organized. The staff is friendly and helpful. My fridge was delivered within an hour and placed where I wanted it. I’ll certainly go back to Tony’s for my future appliance needs.

We have an older dryer and it was making a terrible noise and needed repaired. Called Tony’s, Tony came out and with a few minutes he let me know what the problem was. He left, order the part and then returned and installed. No problems. I felt very safe with Tony in the house. He is very knowledgable, so before he left I had him look it our oven door seal. He ordered what is needed while be was here and now waiting for him to returned. Very reasonable service fee. The best!

We moved into a new house and were short on funds but needed a washer and dryer. We looked at several places in the metro area, including full price retail and used shops. We found a Google listing for Tony’s and took a chance and drove ALL THE WAY out here. So worth the drive. Looks tiny from the street so we were a bit discouraged. Once inside, there are 2 small rooms and one larger room with refurbished appliances of all shapes and sizes. And all in good shape.
We looked at a few sets and the girl working was unable to help us much. She could give us prices and answer very basic questions. She was also dressed pretty inappropriately for an appliance sales person… Think Snookie at the shore dress. If you can get past that, it was fine. She set us up with the washer and dryer we selected, arranged for free delivery the next day (offered same day but we were not going to be home to receive it.) which happened to be Sunday. At 10:15 am, Tony and another girl showed up and unloaded our machines. They brought them in, hooked them up, did a test run. We immediately threw some throw pillows in the washer and it overflowed. Called the shop and they had Tony back at our house in 15 minutes. He looked it over and explained that it was due to the pillows floating and blocking some sensor, not the machines. Took the pillows out, ran great.
Fast forward a month and we notice the machine is no longer spinning. Clothes are in the exact position they were when put in and sopping wet. Called tony, he came out that evening after we got home from work (around 6pm) to fix it. He tore apart our washer, found the worn bearing, pulled the replacement from his truck, fixed it, tested it and we were good!
Service from Tony himself is great. He’s a nice guy and knows his stuff. I felt comfortable with him in my house (which is never a given with repair/​delivery people) and he stands behind his warranty (6 months parts and labor on all appliances he sells). I held off on reviewing until i had the opportunity to test out the follow-​up service or lack of need for it. But I feel confident in doing so now. Should we be in the market again, I will be back.
