The Washington /​Southeast 12th Avenue MAX Station is purely okay. Seating involves two big benches, once for each side. This station is in a residential area, and that alone is good, since it brings service to plenty of individuals. Shute Park is about a fifteen minute walk away. Only the blue line goes here, though it is usually very competent.
What does make this station stand out is the mural on one side of the tracks. Elegant trees, which look perhaps like house plants are to be found somewhere in the station. The crosswalk still could have more of the appropriate walk signals. This station is not noteworthy by any stretch of the immagination, but is in an asset for the community.
