I wish I could give them 5 negative stars. I am a caregiver for a handicapped 83 year old man. He is not capable of carrying the containers to the curb. They are supposed to come to the garage where the bins are sitting just outside of the garage. The garbage and recycle get picked up most of the time. Not all of the time. The glass is another issue. The driver is so lazy that he can’t get off his ass to come up and carry the glass bin to the truck. We have been on the phone with them probably about 8 times in the last 2 months and they tell us it will be taken care of. They tell you that to get off the phone and then nothing happens. The glass has been sitting out there for 2 months. The driver says he doesn’t see the red bin!!! How can he drive a truck if he can’t see??? The company sucks big time.

So I just happened to be home sick when I saw the yard waste truck pull up and try to empty my can with no luck so he got out of his truck and loosened the debris by hand then got back in his truck and emptied the can. Thank you for taking the extra time to empty the yard debris!

I have now had 2 interactions with Waste Management and the BOTH have been terrible!
The first one was 3 months ago, A 3 month long story shortened… They screwed up picking up and dumping dumpsters, Almost sent me to collections over their mistake, and I had to have my bookkeeper call them daily for 2 months!
This time I am supposed to have a dumpster delivered today (Friday) from a reservation I made on Monday, so I can work over the weekend. They call me JUST now to tell me that they can’t deliver it because they don’t service my area, they only service right across the street. Now I have to call a different company to see if they can deliver one today. Can they? Probably not! They want 24 hour notice at least! AND THEY ALREADY CHARGED ME $ 450!

I would give zero stars if I could. This corporation is RIDICULOUS and have a choke hold on Beaverton. Called corp number about getting a dumpster for just landscaping material. There is a reason it is not listed on the website. Fees as follows:

Fees taken from down payment
$ 58 deliver
$ 5.70/day rent
$ 117 pick up
$ 70 «liner» fee
$ 12/​yd disposal
$ 14/​load environmental fee
14.5% franchisee fee based on total.
I say choke hold because you cannot use any other box service besides them.
