Terrible company to deal with. Customer service is extremely terrible. Ordered a flag 6 weeks ago and just got an email with a copy of my original invoice. Email indicated my order was to be shipped USPS but no tracking info was provided. Still waiting on delivery, credit card was charged.

The worst customer service I can recall. I called to purchase some merchandise that I had already been billed for, and the first lady was very rude from the start. She said there was no way for her to pull up the information in the system, and I said well you just sent me the invoice, so are you telling me you can’t access the emails you send? She said no. Then she asked me whether or not I wanted to create new art, and I said no, I already created the art. I just want to pay. Finally, she found my order, needless to say but I was so upset with how rude she was I asked to speak with a manager. The manager wasn’t much nicer than her, defending her right from the start with no apology. I tried to explain the situation, and she ended up hanging up on me. I thought maybe I lost reception, but received no call back. They just lost a customer, a business owner no less.
