Dunkin’ Donuts

Three weeks in a row I went to the Baskin Robbins section of this Dunkin Donuts for ice cream cups. Two scoops each, with wet walnuts and hot fudge syrup. That’s it, three ingredients.
Week one: Sorry we’re out of wet walnuts.
Week two: Had the wet walnuts, but the ice cream was half melted when served.
Week three: Still half melted and sorry we’re out of hot fudge syrup.
Oh and all three times the scanner wasn’t working, so I had to stand holding up my cell phone while the employee squinted at my «rewards» code.
THAT’S THREE STRIKES at least.
I think I’m done.

The past few nights I’ve gone here and n gotten such a rotten attitude from a younger guy working the drive thru. Tonight tops everything. I asked for my coffee to be cream and sugar… it came out COLD. It tasted SO bitter i couldn’t even drink it and it tasted like it was old. Like REALLY old. Despite my being nice to these people. they’re all rude except for one of the older guys working there. You’ve certainly lost my business.

I went there for ice cream cakes for my kids the past few yrs and they were always helpful, asking what size and flavor i wanted and got a couple options from the back for me to pick. When i went today, the guy there said «nothing in the back» without even listening to what i was looking for. When i was waiting for him to write on the cake, we saw flies flying around and then landed on the donuts! Gross! When he brought the cake out, he said «i m no professional artist» i didn’t want to be rude but i was thinking in my head «Then why didn’t you ask someone else to write it» Not only the words were poorly written, he spelled «Happ birthday» Never ever go back there again!

Its 7pm and they already dont have a certain kind of bagels (poppy seed) and this slowly becomes a pattern so I say hell no more of this place. Im just done with this location. The owner doesnt care about ordering more for the day.?

Great coffee and fresh donuts. Best coffee on Rt. 206. Clean tables. Personal hygiene of employee working behind the counter is unacceptable and manager is oblivious.

I am always amazed at how fast they are most mornings! Sometimes the line is around the place and yet the wait is not that long. We come to this Dunkin Donuts almost 2 to 3 times a day. Once in a while our coffee isn’t right but, hey, we all make mistakes once in a while. All around this is the best Dunkin Donuts we’ve been to.

Clean, fast service. Points off because when a customer asked about the perks card, he was told «go online». No other explanation, and there were perks cards laying on the counter right there. When cashier saw me explaining how it works, he gave the guy the «perks» price for the iced coffee, but still no explanation or encouragement for the perks card. No customer service skills. Drives me crazy!

This is a horrible place, I order the birthday cake for my daughter’s 8^th birthday party, when I picked up, the date on the cake was wrong, I waited one hour for them to fix it, then second time my daughter’s name was spell wrong, made us run late for the party .The manager was very very rude. We are very upset ! ! ! Never Ever GO THERE AGAIN ! ! !

Drive through stinks. Attendant rude an hard to understand her accent. Often gets the order wrong… even when you correct her at the window. I hate sweet and low in my coffee. How does «sugar» sound like «sweet & low»???

I love Dunkin Donuts! I go out of my way to find one for coffee. But, this drive through is the pits. The receipts are never correct either. The people are rude and they don’t listen. I order an iced coffee and get to the window and it’s a hot coffee. I order 2 donuts and tell them what kind, and I get to the window and they have to ask again, what kind. Sometimes I think it’s the speaker system that is faulty, but in the last visit I saw the boy at the window with his cell phone texting. Obviously he wasn’t paying attention to the customers. I am partially disabled and can’t walk into the other Dunkin Donuts in Hillsborough, but from now on, I will bring someone with me to go in and get the coffee. NEVER AGAIN AT THIS DRIVE THROUGH!

I drive past this Dunkin Donuts two days a week so I stop here for my morning coffee but they are just so rude and stingy that I’ve simply stopped going. If you want any milk or sugar in your coffee you have to ask for it light and sweet and they’ll never fill the cup all the way. The other days I go to the Dunkin Donuts on Elizabeth Avenue in Somerset and it is terrific but the two days a week that I have to go this direction I’ve started brewing my own coffee at home. It’s less convenient but I just don’t want to give them my business anymore.

Friendly staff, clean store, fresh donuts at 10pm! Loved this place :)
