DO NOT STOP HERE. The staff is very rude. They also do not know their menu. A meal that clearly advertised with drinks included ended up with my wife and I being charged for 2 drinks then when this was brought up to the staff the said we didn’t know what we were talking about. While my wife and I thoroughly enjoy KFC, this is the last time this location will see our business. I hope you have a better experience than we did.

At one time, I was a KFC fanatic (until I discovered Zaxby’s). I love fried chicken. I really do. If I could survive without serious medical or financial consequences on a fried-​chicken-​exclusive diet, I would probably do so. I’ve been dining at this particular KFC location ever since I was a toddler, and I feel that it has been steadily declining for over a decade. In fact, «declining» wouldn’t be the right word… «nosediving» would be more appropriate. The food regularly tastes stale, the employees are typically unkempt and rude (particularly to each other… we once witnessed the manager very-​publicly launching a verbal annihilation onto a cashier who was only guilty of taking their lunch break), the place frequently runs-​out of chicken (COMPLETELY out of chicken… at a fried-​chicken restaurant… really?), and, most importantly, our order is literally ALWAYS inaccurate. After visiting a drive-​through in a rush (as a lot of fast-​food customers usually are), it’s downright annoying to realize after arriving at home that what you ordered is altogether different from what you’ve received… and sadly, this is a practice only curbed by the necessity to search your bag before leaving the parking lot, thus eliminating the overall convenience of a drive-​through in the first place. Bottom line: avoid this restaurant. Run for your life. Seek sanctuary at a restaurant that won’t replace your appetite with frustration.
