Lenny’s Pizza and Pasta

Of the countless pizza joints in Hillsborough, Lenny’s is definitely one of my favorites! Although it’s not featured on the menu, they offer gluten free pasta which opens up so many more items to those of us with a gluten intolerance. I loved the Pasta Primavera! The garlic and olive oil was light so the flavor combination of the fresh vegetables really came through. I’ve also had the grilled chicken salad. There’s no description for the salad on the menu so I wasn’t expecting much more than pieces of chicken over a bed of lettuce, but when it came out it was piled high with so many delicious toppings and the chicken was tender and juicy. The house made dressings are also delicious! Service is a bit slow and the waiter that I usually have isn’t the most attentive, but the food keeps me coming back.

Best pizzeria in town. It’s never a hesitation when I’m on lunch and need a bite to eat. A wide array of specialty slices, great sandwiches and the salads are decorated nicely.
I appreciate the amount of meats they serve on the slices as well as the dishes.
Always a friendly staff who greets and quick to take care of you.
Always will be my go to place for lunch

Best buffalo chicken pizza I’ve ever had. Chicken Romano and and Brooklyn pizza is so good too! Basically all the food is fantastic and the staff is super nice

We ordered delivery tonight from Lenny’s. I’ve heard good things about them so we figured let’s give them a try. We ordered a grilled BBQ chicken pizza with bacon and a veggie Stromboli. The pizza was delicious!!! The Stromboli was also delicious but I could only eat the ends because part of it looked uncooked. I would order from them again to give them a second chance.

Best pizza in hillsborough! It’s cheap and affordable and the toppings are absolutely fantastic. Definitely recommend the creamy ziti pizza and the buffalo chicken pizza. They also a variety of drinks such as cream sodas. I haven’t tried their pasta but their pizza is the best compared to the rest of the restaurants in town.

Pizza is quite good. Though it’s hit or miss on Friday and Saturday evenings at peak hours. Sandwiches are usually good as well. But, the last two times I ordered a sub with lettuce, tomato, onion, oil and vinegar, I got antipasto thrown on my sandwich. I know this because one time it had a ring of calamari in there, and another a piece of roasted pepper. I like antipasto, but not unexpectedly thrown on my sub. Clearly they aren’t always using fresh ingredients when they make their sandwichs.

I’m very happy with Lenny’s. Their food is awesome. My favorites are their cheese steaks, fried calamari, stuffed mushrooms, raviolis (in pink sauce) and my very favorite is the Chicken and shrimp Princess. It’s sooooo good! Back in October 2014, I had an accident and broke my collarbone. I couldn’t cook for a long time and I ordered Lenny’s for 3 straight weeks. Lenny’s pizza is one of the best in Hillsborough. I highly recommend Lenny’s for anyone who wants real good food.

The gluten-​free pizza with tomato and onion was very good. The Bomba was very good, and it was very nice to see a dessert menu to pick from. The place is nice inside. I will go there again.

The best in Hillsborough! Pizza, subs, very good. Friendly consistent Sevice. Always accommodating always fresh. Willing to make it if not available. Service is spot on.

This particular Saturday I had my two sisters with me and we were hitting all the NJ consignment shops in NJ. We got hungry and scouted for the next pizzeria we drove by. Lenny’s Pizza and Pasta was the best random stop I ever had. We walked in not sure what we would find. There was a dining area and pizzeria area with tables. We decided to just pick from the pizza’s already made and also order pasta faggoli soup. The soup was so savory and delish. Slices were delivered to the table, hot and crusty. Yummy… and I look forward to make another stop soon and visiting the location in Flemington NJ.

Very good for a local pizza joint. We got take out for the first time and upon entering we appreciated the new and clean interior and fast service. We ordered the mussels marinara, shrimp diavlo, and a side of garlic knots. Everything was very taste and decent sized portions. The seafood was fresh and tasty, the knots were super garlicky. I will be back again for sure

I’ve been here once and I’ll never go again. The food was subpar when it comes to taste, but what my Aunt got? Was barely cooked. It was cold, and it was near raw, not to mention it was Khalamari… not something that’s ever to be served cold. She took a few bites of it, realized it wasn’t cooked, and sent it back. They replaced it and she got another plate of cold khalamari.
At that point she had had enough, and sent it back again, and didn’t ask for a replacement anything. You know what? They charged us for both plates and refused to remove either from the bill.
This is not a place I will ever be dining at again.

When I heard Lenny’s was opening in Hillsborough, I was all for it. I work in Flemington and have eaten the food from that location on many occasions. All pizza’s are great. We love the chicken romano and buffalo chicken pizza’s! We’ve tried many varieties and they don’t disappoint.
Met my sister and her family for dinner on a weeknight and were pleasantly surprised overall. We were a party of 8 with 4 kids under the age of 12. As you can imagine, we had a few spills and a kid or two on the loose from time to time. Our waitress Victoria was excellent! Very patient and attentive. The fried calamari appetizer was crispy on the outside and very soft inside. The antipasta with the meats and cheeses was so generous, all 8 of us had some. The entrees were pretty solid… I had the clams and linguini which was pretty perfect. The clams were sweet and cooked just right. My husband had the chicken romano dinner; chicken with mushrooms, spinach, cheese over penne in a pink sauce. (Very much like the pizza minus the crust.)
We order take-​out at least once every two weeks if not more. I have a feeling we will be going more often for sit down dinners. With food this good and staff this accommodating, who wouldn’t? If you go, bring a bottle or two of wine. It’s a cozy little spot… you may want to stay a bit!

My husband and I go there often for dinner. The food is delicious and the service is great. The prices are resonable and you can bring your own wine .
My favorite is the Veal and Shrimp Princess with Broccoli rob and Penne pasta (if you don’t like veal they make it with Chicken also)
My husbands favorite is Cavatelli de Lenny. The food is not what you expect from a Pizza Place. the appetizers are very good too. The Stuffed Mushrooms with crabmeat are great. The dinner also comes with soup or salad. Next time your in the mood for Italian Food… give Lenny’s a try

This is more like a 3.5 star review! I’ve been impressed with all of our takeout orders from these guys. I like their pizza though was not impressed with the whole wheat crust they offer. Still, they earn points for their hot sandwiches and amazing garlic bread. Their delivery service is quick and friendly. I’d love to try the sit down sometime.

One of the best Italian places down here. Always a good meal, never leave disappointed. Well priced and the service is always good, thats why we keep coming back.

LOVE IT! Great pizza, had a few lunches for take out. Finally got to sit down and have a full dinner and it was amazing! Great service. I couldn’t say enough good things. Owner even gave me a t-​shirt. Great business — I wish them much luck and success!

Tried it once for take-​out sandwiches, pretty good. Need to go back for a sit down meal. Lots of seating — casual — not all that fancy. No background music that I noticed. Prices at lunch are under $ 10; dinner prices are under $ 19.
