Still Giving the store General Manager 1 star for his poor customer service. I was able to contact Staples corporate with my backup information and complaint. Staples corporate sent an apology for the poor service received along with a check refund. Corporate agreed with my assessment of the manager and his handling of the situation. Too bad the local store Manager wasn’t competent as this is a reflection on Staples.
