I have spent many hours in this store over the past 2 years and it is absolutely my favorite place to go for anything related to gaming. The owner is awesome and we’ve had many conversations and he is very generous and personable. There is enough stuff in this store to keep you in for an hour or more. Everything is fairly priced and I’ve never overpaid for anything in this store. I stop in at least once a month and always leave with something to add to my collection. If you love gaming, you must come here!

This place has been around since I was a kid and its a great home town shop that specializes in all things Video games. They offer alot of swag for any gaming fan and have merchandise thats usually relatively hard to find unless you look online. Although this place is sells video games, it doesnt share the same business model as GameSpot, which I find refreshing. The staff have a deeply rooted culture for games and you can tell by the layout of the store and the help they provide when you are looking for a new game. Support this place and give the a shot you’ll be back.

As a pokemon fan, I love this store. He has so many pokemon related merch, games and cards — from the classic to the current ones. The owner is friendly and helpful, too. Keep it up!

The Game Zone has a vast variety of games from all the major game systems. And to be honest, it’s a pretty good selection. The N64 games are pretty well priced. Five bucks for certain boxed games on the system… The owner also has a Retron 5 system to sample games as well. All and all, a great store. Worth another return next time I get in NJ

This store is great! I won’t shop anywhere else for my video games. The best selection of new and retro games I have ever seen.

Because the old owner sold it to a new guy, and since the new guy just pm’d me, I just might give this place another shot 10 years later…

I used to go to the game zone in my town and I have to say it was nice but, it left a lot to be desired so when I happen to pas by this game zone that went through my head. I honesty wasn’t sure If i was really going to like it or not. I have to say it was awesome They had the largest selection for games I have ever seen a little store have I would even venture to say they had a lot more then some of the bigger stores. The best part was it didn’t have the feel of the bigger stores like they really didn’t want to just sell you stuff and get out it seemed friendly like they wanted you there and actually had a passion for video games. They also had what seemed like a lot of rare collectible items. Not something you would really buy for children but if you are a collector they looked like they had some really cool stuff. Admittedly I know nothing about collecting so I could be way off base on this one but, it looked like they had games and systems that not only don’t exist anymore but also they are just really cool to have. You wont regret coming here for the environment or for the merchandise awesome store. I will be back sooner then later.

This place went through a renovation and a new younger guy runs the place now. It’s much bigger, cleaner, and organized than before. The new guy was friendly and they had a lot of stuff my little guy was interested in.

Love going to the Game Zone! Has all current and vintage stuff for my gaming needs! They recently moved next door to a larger space. I prefer the local feel of this place over the big box stores.
