Dunkin’ Donuts

This is by far the worst Dunkin donuts I have ever been to. Every time I’ve gone to this Dunkin in Hillside, they never have anything. The icing on the cake was the last time I went. The staff was extremely rude and they not accommodating at all. when I pulled up to the drive thru, instead of being greeted with a «how can I help you» the lady says, «yes, hello» as if she were on a phone. I said «excuse me?», her response «yes, how can I help you». Okay that was weird. I asked if they had any coffee rolls, she said they didn’t have any. I figured, ok it’s about 6pm, maybe that’s why they don’t have any, not sure. I then asked for a glazed donut, she mumbled something. I said what was that — she says we don’t have that either. at this point, I’m getting really annoyed and I respond «well what do you have exactly?». another lady jumps on the intercom and says «the birdy ate all the donuts». I asked her to repeat herself and she said the same thing laughing. Now while this may have been funny to her, it was not at all funny to me. It is extremely unprofessional and most of them lack customer service skills. They either get your order wrong or they never have what you want. This is the worst Dunkin donuts I have ever been to. it seems as though once they renovated, they pretty much hired anything to work there.
I can honestly say that I have not been back since that day and I don’t plan on it.

First time here and was not to happy since they did not put enough to caramel in my ice coffee. Plus the cashier was not very friendly.

Not only is the staff amazing, but the location is amazing. The customer service is great at all hours of the day. The drive thru service is pretty speedy considering the lines that they receive every morning. The staff definitely need more compensation but so does everyone else in the food industry. Love my dunkin!

This location moved right across the street to a bigger location and a drive thru. But giving it four stars because this location messed up on two other orders when I came through the drive thru. Other than that, this is your standard Dunkin Donuts. They served all the delicious donuts and different beverages for you to choose from. Lots of parking in the rear of the store and you can either enter through the rear or the front. They also have a handicap ramp which is very helpful. It is not that very busy and you still get the same goodies unless they mess it up.

Almost every dunkin donuts is the same. That’s a good thing. This is a small store. Good selection and almost never a line.
