New game for $ 60 Used new game for $ 55(no book) You’re only saving about $ 5-$ 20 max buying used. Sell new game that came out in less than 30 days for $ 30 store credit or $ 20 cash sell«old» game that came out 31 days ago get $ 10 store credit or $ 3 cash. When I use to play, GameStop’s would basically be where I would come for the have to have new game release. I even been lucky enough to get a few a couple hours before so that way I didn’t have to wait on the crowd but this was after building up friendship with cashier. Generally anyone that works there still play video games to some degree so they have a good understanding of what you may want or be able to give you good advice on trouble shooting for different systems.

I recently returned a headset to this Gamestop, it was the third headset I’d tried, all different brands. The first two just didn’t want to work with my PC, the third one I found on Amazon for $ 30 less the day after I bought it. I called and they said they didn’t do price matching. When I went to return the headset for a refund I was told I had to talk to a manager because it was past the seven day return grace period. I had owned the headset a total of nine days at this point and used it once. Went back later that day and the manager did give me a refund but not before accusing me of not knowing how to set up the last headset. Annoying and rude. Gamestop should spend some time training it’s employees, especially managers, about customer service and should really consider some of the services it’s competitors offer, no hassle returns and price matching to name a couple.

The staff is friendly and willing to help. Whenever there’s a midnight release I’m always ready, and am happy knowing that most of the staff at this shop really cares about its customers. The only reason why I gave it a four instead of the five is because of one sales associate. I don’t understand if the gentleman truly believes that only a select few can be considered a gamer. Or if you are of a certain age there are titles that should only be picked up if you are under the age of ten. His elitist mentality leads me to believe he really should seek employment in a non-customer service related job. It was funny that this was my first impression with this shop. I chalked it up to him having a bad day, and proceeded to enjoy my interactions with the other employees. Even though his attitude had left me sour, I was glad that I stuck it out. I have not been coming to the shop for over a year and have not seen this gentleman sense. I guess his outlook on the gaming community must’ve been his undoing. Keep up the good work guys

The staff here are pretty nice knowledgeable. There really isn’t much i can say about this place… Its a GAMESTOP … if you pick up the sticks from time to time like me then you deal with places like this a lot so you kind of know what to expect no matter which one you walk in.

This Gamestop doesn’t have an outside internet connection, or is on dial-up, as they have had issues checking inventory at other stores or pulling up PowerUp account info. I haven’t had any issues with the staff there, but they seriously need to upgrade their technology that supports that team.
