Red Carpet Heels & Handbags

Not sure if Mariah has the right store or not but nevertheless my experience with Red Carpet heels & Handbags was AWESOME! The store owner was very pleasant and always offering assistance. Her Assistant was a Doll, I had a great time trying on clothes and shoes (I’m a size 9 btw). I purchased a leather jacket (which fits amazingly) and she threw in a pair of Sunglasses for FREE just because she thought they were cute on me :-) I’ll definitely be back to shop again! this store is awesome went in for the first time on a amazing sale everything you can fit in a bag for 100 bucks! the owner was super cool and i loved the family dynamic they had the oldest son was helping out cant say enough about how far customer service can go check them out

I drive by this store everyday and there is always something absolutely beautiful in the window. I finally got the opportunity to step in this past Friday and I was not disappointed. The Owner greeted me with a warm smile and was instantly engaging. After chatting for a moment about her new hours, she told me to browse freely and let her know if I needed help with anything. When I found the dress I had be looking at through the window, I was positive that I wouldn’t be able to wear it. She told me to go into the dressing room, put it on and she would do the rest. Once she worked her magic, it was stunning!!! The personal attention I got from the owner was second to none and is unheard of in most shops. She made me feel comfortable and I appreciated that more than she could know. She has a variety of things that are unique and sizes from 0 – 24. Beautiful shoes and bags and for the first time, every cute pair I picked up was my size (10)! I am a huge believer in giving small business owners in our community a chance, and she has definitely earned a new customer.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE!!! The owner Kesha is such a sweetheart and anytime I’m looking for something if she doesn’t have it she always goes above and beyond to get it for me. I shop there for all my special occasions. Check her out!!!

Classy, Upscale store!!! really nice clothing and shoes. Owner very attentive to customers. Not sure what store Mariah R. was in but it sure wasn’t Red Carpet Heels & Handbags! Every visit to the store I have been greeted and assisted by the owner. Looking for something Fly, try Red Carpet Heels and Handbags!!! you wont be disappointed.

I made the biggest mistake, ever, by stepping foot into this store! I went in, thinking I would be able to find a pair of cute heels to wear to a summer wedding I was invited to. Unfortunately, I was soo WRONG! First, the lady working there, who I believe is the owner, was soo rude, and did not even offer to assist me! What kind of customer service is that? Next, the quality of shoes, and clothes were HORRIBLE! With a business name, like this one, I assumed they would have a nice selection of high quality items. Lastly, it was impossible for me to find anything to fit my size ⁹⁄₁₀ (depending on the shoe) feet. I believe shoe stores should carry at least one size 9 and 10 per shoe model. Especially since size 9 and up are becoming more common. If you don’t want to be highly disappointed, and waste your time, don’t visit this business. I prefer visiting DSW in River forest, at least there they offer to help me!
To prove how rude, and what a liar the store owner is, as soon as I posted my review, I received TWO nasty messages from her on two seperate accounts. She is also posting fake reviews on her page.
What kind of business owner does this? I will definitely be contacting Unilocal.
