T-Mobile

I was absolutely blown away by the service of this
t mobile location. Andrea assisted me with what was almost a nightmare because my current phone completely stopped working. So initially I was already moody by default. Andrea however warmed me right up with kindness and her genuwine desire to help. Whenever you need something in regards to your phone or Bill if you are a t mobile customer, do yourself a favor because they will take care of you like a V I P. I believe the manager was Dexter and he even assisted me with making sure I had the perfect case to protect my phone. I decided to go with the HTC one by the way. They have this amazing case for it that just enhances the user experience because it’s somewhat interactive. The Dot case was not available in store and Dexter was so awesome that he tracked one down at another location for me. Talk about above and beyond. Not only did he locate it, he went to personally pick it up as well and told me I could pick it up later… Best customer service experience in a while. I mean WOW!!!
